Responsibilities

Job entailed working as a MEP Engineer in project task forces, taking full responsibility for the complete
design & execution activities including Plumbing, Drainage and Fire Fighting System, assuring proper
technical quality and fulfillment of the project schedule, supervising a team Site Engineers, and
supervisers liaising with the Clients / Consultants/Sub contractors, proposing and controlling the designs &
applications and developing good relations.

Preparation of detailed engineering drawings, work out the bill of quantities of material required,
monitor and track project operations, resources and manpower, ensuring works are update with the
deadlines.
Heat load calculation, Staircase pressurization & lift lobby pressurization calculation and preparation
of the detailed drawing for consultant approval.
Design, procurement; execution, testing and commissioning, completion & handover; attend
meetings with Site Engineers & Supervisors and ensure project is built on schedule and within budget.
Preparing material submittals, shop drawings, correspondence, as-built drawings / O & M Manuals
and ensure completion within stipulated time, cost and product quality.
Testing, commissioning and handing over to client.
Attend site meeting prepare progress reports and co-ordination with client and consultant
Billing to main contractor and approval by Consultant, subcontractor bill certification.
Identify cost variations, notify/ submit to the Client & getting approval by consultant
