GENERAL TERM & CONDITIONS

Exhibitor should take responsible to organize and controlling all the exhibition goods
Exhibitor should insurance their exhibition goods from theft, damage, fire, or other
risk of accident
No tools or exhibition goods that left unattended in the gangway that could blocking
the way and emergency evacuation
No booth that build on emergency exits or in front of engine room, warehouse,
hydrant, loading dock, or toilet
Booth must be build 50 cm in front of the venue mall
Partition or booth construction is prohibited to nail, glue, and strike/paint because all
of the equipment is owned by the official contractor
Exhibitor is strictly prohibited to change the electricity installation, move furniture to
other places, and if there is any violation regarding this, the exhibitor must make
compensation to the losses incurred
Exhibitor is prohibited to make an electricity contact directly to the venue wall
Exhibitor is prohibited to bring food and beverage from outside the venue
Exhibitors are expected to participate to maintain security in their own booth during
the event
Exhibitors are responsible to their own cleanness of their booth
Public area and or event area, carpeted rooms cannot be used as the smoking area
Move in and move out the display goods must go through doors as follow:
o Loading dock glass door & parabola door for Assembly Hall
o Loading dock glass door & badminton area for Main Lobby
o Loading dock loading/unloading door for Hall A
o Loading dock loading door Hall B for Hall B
Move in and out display goods from the Main Lobby is prohibited
Maximum booth height is:
o Assembly Hall, Pre-function HA, Hall A and Hall B : 5 m (for single and
double deck)
o Main Lobby : 5 m (for single and double deck)
o Corridor Plennary Hall : 2.5 m
Maximum floor load is:
o Assembly Hall & Main Lobby : 400 kg/sqm
o Pre-function HA : 400 kg/sqm
o Hall A : 1200 kg/sqm
o Hall B : 1500 kg/sqm
o Connecting Hall B : 250 kg/sqm
Exhibitor that need additional electricity and furniture, must fill in the Additional
Power or Additional Furniture forms

Exhibitor that build a special design booth and using contractors other than the
official must inform in writing and send the booth design to the organizer
