GUIDANCE NOTES FOR NHS STAFF

(side B) delegation arrangements, and the relevant (side B) feels that designation of the Trust as a Care Trust would promote the
effective exercise by the Trust of prescribed health-related local (side B) functions in harmony with the arrangements in conjunction
with prescribed NHS functions of the Trust, the relevant (side B) may designate the trust as a Care Trust.

CLAUSES
