On this date _______________, an agreement has been established Involves; (side A ______________) as the

understand about the listed legal conditions as follows.

DEFINITION AND INTERPRETATION


1.) Person includes whichever individual, partnership, firm, trust, body corporate, government, governmental body, (side B), agency,
unincorporated body of persons or association and a reference to a person includes a reference to that person's successors and
permitted assigns.

pressure waves caused by aircraft or other aerial devices travelling at sonic.

3.) Contract Period refers subject to earlier termination in harmony with its terms or by operation of law the duration of the Contract,
starting on the Commencement Date, as set out in the Order and/or the Specification or if the Order and/or the Specification does
not set out such a duration, the period from the date of the Order until the (side B) terminates by giving not less than ____ months
notice in writing to the (side A).

GUIDANCE NOTES FOR NHS STAFF


1.) In most situations, the contract to purchase will consist of the suppliers quotation or tender, the specification, these listed legal
conditions and the order. whichever other listed legal conditions are excluded. The specification is expressly part of the Contract,
and so the (side A) will be bound to supply the Goods in the manner described in the specification.

2.) When suppliers are invited to quote or bid it is important that they are made aware of the existence of these listed legal
conditions. If not, they will not be incorporated into the contract to provide. It is also important to avoid accidentally incorporating the
suppliers own listed legal conditions.

3.) Framework agreements govern the continuous supply of goods / services under a number of orders placed over a period of time.

CLAUSES
1.) Clause ____ provides that a minimum of ____ days notice must be given to change the agreed release time. This standard
period of notice can be amended if appropriate before entering into the contract.
