DEFINITION
Loss includes losses, liabilities, claims, costs, charges and outgoings of every description, compensation payable under contracts
with suppliers and/or customers, loss of normal operating profits, loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill, loss of revenue from related
contracts and pure economic loss.

TERMINATION
The (side B) may terminate the Contract (in whole or in part) by serving written notice on the (side A) in whichever of the following
circumstances: ____ a material failure in whole or in part by the (side A) to perform whichever obligation of the (side A) under the
Contract provided that if capable of remedy such failure has not been remedied to the (side B)'s reasonable satisfaction.

ENVIRONMENTAL CONSIDERATIONS
The (side A) shall assume the rolled-up obligations for all the activities performed outside the United Kingdom in relation to the
goods and the packaging which is used for the containment, protection, handling, release and presentation of the goods in addition
to whichever other obligations he may have pursuant to the said Regulations.

ELECTRONIC PRODUCT INFORMATION

Before whichever publication of the Product Information electronic or otherwise is made by the (side B) or, as the case may be,
whichever Beneficiary, the (side B) or, as the case may be, whichever Beneficiary will submit a copy of the relevant sections of the
(side B)'s product.

CONFIDENTIALITY
The concern sides including a Beneficiary acknowledge that, except for whichever information which is exempt from disclosure in
harmony with the provisions of the FOIA, the content of This Legal form of document is not Confidential Information. The (side B) or
Beneficiary shall be responsible for determining in its absolute discretion whether whichever of the content of the Contract is exempt
from disclosure in harmony with the provisions of the FOIA.

INFORMATION PROTECTION
Only to process Personal INFORMATION for and on behalf of the (side B) and whichever Beneficiary, in harmony with the
instructions of the (side B) or such Beneficiary and for the reason of performing its obligations under the Contract and to guarantee
compliance with the ____ Act.

RELATIONSHIP OF THE concern sides

The (side A) is not incur whichever liabilities on behalf of the (side B) or, as the case may be, whichever Beneficiary; or, make
whichever representations or give whichever warranty on behalf of the (side B) or, as the case may be, whichever Beneficiary; or,
enter into whichever contract or obligation on behalf of the (side B) or, as the case may be, whichever Beneficiary.

The Concern Parties agree to the abovementioned listed legal conditions. In witness whereof, the concern sides hereto set their
