(side B ______________) in which The two concern sides have agreed on conditions which are stated below:

DEFINITION AND INTERPRETATION

side refers whichever side to the Contract individually and concern sides refers to all of the concern sides to the Contract
collectively. A side shall include all permitted assigns of the side in question. All persons who are not a side to the Contract are third
concern sides.

EMPLOYEES
The (side A) shall guarantee that whichever employees to whom reference is made by name in the Specification are actively
involved in the provision of the Services or are replaced with employees acceptable to the Authorized Officer.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

The (side A) will comply with the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health COSHH Regulations as amended and COSHH hazard
management and control.

LOCATION
Upon completion of This Legal form of document the (side B) and whichever Beneficiary shall give a non exclusive and revocable
license to the (side A) to enter upon the Locations for the sole reason of providing the Services to the (side B) and whichever
Beneficiary, subject to the provisions of Clauses ____ and ____, for the term of the Contract.

USE OF (side B) SITES

The (side B) and whichever Beneficiary shall during the Contract Period permit the (side A) to use in connection with the provision of
the Services certain Sites at the Location as set out in the Specification.

EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS

The (side A) shall be responsible for the provision and installation of all equipment and materials used in connection with the
Contract except where these are loaned to the (side A) by the (side B) or whichever Beneficiary in harmony with Clause ____ or
transferred into the ownership of the (side A) under Clause ____ and ____.

The Concern Parties agree to the abovementioned listed legal conditions. In witness whereof, the concern sides hereto set their
