This Legal form of document is made by and Involves (side A __________________) as the (Customer) and (side B

__________________) as the (Seller), (Customer) and (Seller) are at this moment referred to herein as the concern sides.
(Customer) and (Seller) hereby have established and reviewed This Legal form of document to the following listed legal conditions.

DEFINITION AND INTERPRETATION

All references to the Contract include subject to all relevant approvals a reference to the Contract as amended, supplemented,
substituted, notated or assigned from time to time.

PERFORMANCE OF SERVICES
The (side A) will be responsible for providing and maintaining the Services to the Contract Standard at all times and will guarantee
continuity of supply at no extra cost to the (side B) and whichever Beneficiary in harmony with the Specification. The (side A) must
have in place contingency plans and arrangements which are approved by the (side B) to guarantee continuity of supply.

PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT
If the (side A) has not risen whichever objection to the Performance Notice within ____ days of receipt or such other period as
agreed Involves the concern sides then that Performance Notice shall be deemed to have been accepted by the (side A) and the
rebate on the Contract Price referred to therein shall become immediately effective.

CONTRACT PRICE AND PAYMENTS

If the adjusted Contract Price is not so agreed or certified until after such variation has taken effect, the (side B) or whichever
Beneficiary shall continue to pay the (side A) at the rate current prior to the variation but shall pay to the (side A) or be entitled to
recover from the (side A) as the case may be such sum if whichever as is equal to the difference Involves the amount which should
have been paid in harmony with the adjusted Contract Price and the amount which was actually paid.

EMPLOYEES
The (side A) shall provide its employees with a form of identification that is acceptable to the (side B) and which employees shall
display on their clothing at all times when they are at the Location.

CONTROL AND SUPERVISION OF STAFF

The (side A) shall provide a sufficient complement of supervisory staff in addition to the Contract Manager, to guarantee that the
(side A)s staff engaged in and about the provision of the Services at the Location are adequately supervised and properly perform
their duties at all times.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

The (side A)s staff shall follow a system of accident recording in harmony with the (side B)s or whichever Beneficiarys accident
recording procedure and the (side A)s own accident reporting procedures.

The Concern Parties agree to the abovementioned listed legal conditions. In witness whereof, the concern sides hereto set their
hands as of the date first written above.
