2. Administration

Administers documents human resources actions by completing forms, leave, reports, etc.

Administers all benefits such as medical and dental, life insurance, etc.

Keep current with employee law and HR Regulations to ensure regulatory compliance

Administers all expat documents (KITAS [Permit Live], Visa, etc.)

Responsible for monthly bills, vendor negotiation, assist employees with benefit changes, yearly open enrollment.

Support Payroll data such as employee overtime, new hire, etc.

Evaluate, develop and executing all polices and procedures
