In the hospital there is a patient with diagnose of tuberculosis.

Patient said she had difficulty breathing,

and cough accompanied with phlegm. Patient said she so fatigue. Her vital sign is : BP was 100/60mmHg
, RR : 28/minute, her pulse was 89x/minute, T 37oC, saturation 95%, sounded wheezing, the patient rest
with 3 pillow. She is going to give a therapy ventolin with oxygen installed for 15 minutes by nurse.

In patient room

Nurse : hello , Im nurse pingkan what is your name?

Dita : my name is dita

Nurse : hai dita could you tell me your place and birth day?

Dita : I was born in Jakarta 5 november 1996

Nurse : ms. Dita i will take care of you from 8 am until 2 am. How is you feelings now?

Dita : hello nurse Im feeling so bad, I difficulty to breath and I always cough accompanied with
phlegam and I also difficult to remove to phlegm.

Nurse : ok Mrs Dita I going to give you oxygen installed with a simple mask , the purpose is to relief road
your breath and make it easier to remove the phlegm when your cough. Do you agree ?

Dita : yes, please nurse

nurse : are you ready for doing inhalation now ?

Dita : yes Im ready nurse

Nurse : are you oke in this position?

Dita : yes nurse Im oke for this

Nurse : oke let me to prepare tools first.

Dita : okey,

Nurse prepare the tools ,she wash the hand and she used hendscoon after that she put the ventolin to
mask bowl and connect the simple musk into nebulizer until the steam come out and than nurse doing
action and directly provide to the patient.

Nurse : okey dita the tools is already you can begin before that I going to explain to you about to used
it. First put the simple musk into your face and you can take a deep breath from your nose then you hold
3 seconds after that take a breath out from your mouth slowly. You can do like that until 15 minutes or
until the drug out. So far are you understand?

Dita : yes nurse.

Nurse : oke you can start it

After 15 minutes

Nurse : oke mrs dita I think is enough you can take off the simple musk from your face and now how
do you feel ?

Dita : I think I fell better because I can breathe smoothly and I can spit out my phlegm when I cough,

Nurse : what do you fell during you are given inhalation?

Dita : Im so comfortable and relax because the steam out on my nose and come in my lungs.

Nurse : okey , is there anything else you need?

Dita : I think thats enough tahnk you nurse.

Nurse : your welcome . im going to back to nuse station . if you need something you can press the bell
and I will come to you.

Dita : oke nurse thank you so much.

The nurse tidy up the tols and documenting the results of the action
