Based on your angular displacement requirement of 120 a move time of 30 msec equates to
approximately 10,000 rad/sec^2. However, the torque required to move your payload with an
inertia of 4390 oz-in-sec^2 would be extremely large.

Could you explain more about your application and provide us with a drawing/sketches so we can
understand your application better and select the most appropriate actuator?
