Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has embarked upon a sector wide reform Programme in the education
sector and has approved establishment of Independent Monitoring Unit to track progress against certain
educational indicators of all districts in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The monitoring system will enable the districts
and provincial government to effectively monitor all initiatives under Education Sector Plan (ESP) and
Reform Roadmap and take corrective measures wherever needed. In addition to certain positions at
provincial/district levels, Elementary & Secondary Education Department intends to recruit 475 Monitoring
& Data Collection Assistants (303 Male & 172 Females) on contract basis for all districts in the Province.

The above positions are non-transferable and on contract basis (fixed pay) for a period on one year
(extendable upon satisfactory performance till completion of the project period) as per following details: -

Procedure for Applying: -

The applicants can either apply online by filing in the prescribed application form at
(www.kpese.gov.pk) OR download the same and send application forms without the copies
of testimonials to the address given below.
Applications not submitted on prescribed application form will not be considered.
The applicants must indicate the name of post and district they are applying for.
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
List of short listed candidate for interview will be displayed in all districts in the office of the
Deputy Commissioners.
No TA/DA will be paid to candidates for interview.
 Male candidates for the posts of Monitoring and Data Collection Assistants must have valid
motorcycle driving license.
All the recruitment will be made purely on merit
Candidates already serving in government departments must apply through their respective
departments.
Shortlisted candidates will be required to bring original certificates along with attested
copies on the day of interview.
E&SE Department reserves the right to withdraw/cancel the vacancies at any time.
The applicants can apply for one position in one district.
