Instructions on how to enter, prize details and other information contained within the promotional

advertisements form part of these terms and conditions. By participating, in this promotion entrants
agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Entry is open to all residents of Australia. Employees of Fairfax Media and HARVEY NORMAN
BROWNS PLAINS , their immediate family, associated agencies and companies connected with the
promotion are not eligible to enter.

2. The Promotion is a game of chance in determining the winner. ENTRIES must have chosen a
favourite technology product (entry must include full name, postcode, email and a daytime contact
telephone number) the winner will be drawn on Thursday, 16th November in the Jimboomba Times
office.

3. The competition commences on Wednesday, November 1st 8.30 am with last entries to be
received no later than 12noon Wednesday 15th November (AEST) 2017.

4. Entrants must include their personal details including full name, postcode, email and a daytime
contact telephone number.

5. Entries must be the entry form provided in the Jimboomba and Beaudesert Times or online entries
on jimboomba.times.com.au or beaudeserttimess.com.au .

6. The winners will be notified by phone using the contact number provided on the drawn entry
form. Winners at this time will be notified on how to collect their prize

7. The winners will be announced on the Jimboomba Times and Beaudesert Times website on
November 29th, 2017

8. The Promoter reserves the right to request the winner to provide proof of identity, proof of
residency at the nominated prize delivery address and/or proof of entry validity in order to claim the
prize.

9. In participating in the competition, entrants agree to participate and co-operate as required in all
editorial activities relating to the competition, including but not limited to being interviewed and
photographed.

10. All entrants release from, and indemnify Jimboomba Times and Beaudesert Times and Fairfax
Media against, all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize(s) or
participation in the competition including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury and
damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or
omission or otherwise.

11. Should an entrants contact details change during the promotional period, it is the entrants
responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided in an
entry should be directed to Promoter.

12. The promoters decision is final and the promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding
the competition result.
13. The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by any
of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition, or for any technical
error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this
competition. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who
the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions.

14. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects personal information
about you to enable you to participate in this promotion and may be used for further marketing
purposes. Your personal information may be provided to a 3rd party or marketing purposes.

18. Prize cannot be transferred and cannot be redeemed for cash.

19. If the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the
prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to State Regulation.
