Management Cloud Release 13 (update 17C).

Note: Issues and limitations are organized by the products within Oracle Supply Chain
Management Cloud that are responsible for the affected features or objects. In some cases,
an issue may affect multiple products, so it is prudent to review all Known Issues within an
offering.

Dependency Map supports Maximum of 1200 Nodes.
Dependency Map supports a maximum of 1200 nodes.

Only 100 Results are Displayed when Search Query Returns More
than 100 Results
If a search query returns more than 100 results, then only 100 results are displayed in the
search results area of the Dependency Map.

Ensure that you narrow your search results scope by entering enough key words that are
relevant to your query.

Images and PDFs Not Rendering in Applications Help and


Getting Started Work Area
In the Applications Help site, diagrams and screenshots are not displayed in the body of help
files. Instead, the image file's alternative text is displayed. PDFs do not display in help files of
type PDF.
Likewise, images and PDFs are not rendering on pages in the Getting Started work area.

Oracle Fusion Distributed Order Orchestration

Features That You Cannot Disable


The following predefined features are enabled even if the Enable option for them does not
contain a check mark. You cannot disable them:
1. Enable Custom Payloads for Downstream Integration
2. Enable Coverage and Subscriptions
This behavior occurs on the Edit Features, Order Management page.

Mass Unreserved Orchestration Order Fulfillment Lines and


Mass Unscheduled Orchestration Order Fulfillment Lines
Privileges Not Available
The Mass Unreserved Orchestration Order Fulfillment Lines and Mass Unscheduled
Orchestration Order Fulfillment Lines privileges are available for selection in Authorization
Management; however, the functionality associated with these privileges is not yet available
in Oracle Fusion Distributed Order Orchestration.

Product Development Cloud

Null Values Display for Affected Item Attributes


Although content related to a change orders affected items is available in the Product
Management Change Order Subject Area, null values are displayed for certain item attributes
such as Old Phase Name and Old Item Class Name.

Descriptive Flexfield Values of Modified Component Do Not


Appear in Structure View of Affected Object
When you modify an item component through a change order's Affected Objects tab, the item's
structure view does not display all the modified descriptive flexfield values, especially numerical
values.

Inconsistent Attribute Names and Filter Options in Search


There are inconsistencies in the naming convention used for attributes and the types of
search filters provided in the object search pages in Product Development.

Redline Count Incremented by 1 After Change Order is


Completed
When a change order is completed, the total number of redlines displayed for the affected
objects is incorrect. It shows the actual number plus one.

Redlining Incorrect for URL and Text Attachments


When you update an attachment of type URL or Text, redline information is not displayed
under Affected Objects Summary or in the Change Operations list.

EFF Attributes Disappear on Pending Revision of Item On


Save
When you save an item that is undergoing a change (has a pending item revision), its
Extensible Flexfield attribute values disappear.
Resolution
Reopen the item. Do not click Save.

Wrong on AML Infotile
The Item AML infotile shows incorrect numbers for unapproved manufacturer parts and
single-sourced AML.

Is Required
The AML panel tab does not display any information for items that are configured to become
effective at a future date.

Innovation Management

Attribute Mapping Does Not Work Correctly for Some


Mapping Sets
As part of the Manage Target Systems setup task to integrate Innovation Management with
Agile PLM, you create mapping sets to map Agile PLM attributes to Innovation Management
attributes. The mapping of Data Composer attributes to Extensible Flexfield attributes does
not work for some mapping sets. On conversion of concept to item, the values of the linked
item are not displayed, and on conversion of item to component, the values of Data
Composer attributes are not displayed.

Convert Component to Item with Design Results in


Application Error
If you add a Design object to a concept component and convert the component to an Item
with Design, an application error is displayed.

Report gives Error when Related Item Description Attribute


is Pulled into Report
When the attribute "Related Item Description" is pulled into a report from the Innovation
Management - Ideas Real Time subject area, the report gives the following error:
[nQSError: 43119] Query Failed: [nQSError: 17001] Oracle
Error code: 6502,
message: ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character
string buffer
too small ORA-06512: at line 1 at OCI call OCIStmtFetch.
[nQSError: 17012]
Bulk fetch failed. (HY000)

Resolution
Do not use the CLOB columns, like "Related Item Description" in the reports.

Quality Management Cloud

Affected Objects Tab Does Not Allow Addition of NIR Items


to Quality Issues or Actions
If you search for and add NIR-enabled items to a quality issue from the Affected Objects tab,
the item is not added. Instead, a message appears: The referenced object does not exist.
Remove it and then save."

Save Action Does Not Refresh Count and Data on Similar


Issues Infotile
If you add the same affected object to more than one quality issue and click Save, the total
count and other data in the Similar Issues infotile do not get updated.

Name and Description Fields Appear Blank While Adding an


Attachment to a Quality Issue
While creating a quality issue, if you fill in the Name, Description, and other details, and then
try to add an attachment, the Name and Description fields become blank. The data must be
typed in again.

Relationship Rules Do Not Work When Relating Quality


Action Status to Quality Issue Status
Relationship rules that are set between quality actions and issues in the Relationships tab are
not honored. The status of the quality issue does not get updated when the quality action is
closed.

Navigation Incorrect from Affected Item Link in Qual ity


Issue
If you click on a quality issue's affected item link, the item does not open in a new tab. You
are forced to move out of the Quality Management work area and into the item page in the
Product Information Management work area. The item should open in a read-only view
within a new tab so that the context is retained.

New Issue Type Shows under Root Level and Above


When you create a new quality issue or action type, the newly created issue type appears at
the root level as well as one level above the root level. The hierarchy is displayed correctly
only when you close and reopen the type setup page.
