Duties and responsibilities:

You will calculate & develop mass / heat balances using process simulation tools including specify process
equipment and prepares process specifications for control valves, pressure-relief valves, flow- and temperature
meters and pressure measuring instruments.
You will prepare process safeguarding diagrams, determines maximum and minimum process and safety
conditions.
You will develop piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID's) together with piping and mechanical engineers,
calculate pipe diameters and pressure drops in pipes and piping systems for single-phase and multiple-phase
flows. You also need to prepare process descriptions and operating manuals.
You will be required to act as (sub) lead engineer; guiding and supervising other Process Engineers, control the
quality of produced documents, reports progress, manages changes and checks/adjust the planning.
You will be capable of handling medium sized projects (> 20 000 man hours) and be able to lead medium sized
teams with proven success track record. Has high value engineering office and multi-office project execution
experience.
You will evaluate, Implement, modify, and maintain chemical processes.
You will be required to calculate & organize data for process flow sheets including instrumentation and control
considerations.
You will be required to prepare specifications and operating instructions for processing equipment.
You will be required to develop process flow diagrams to define heat and material balance, process
specifications, e.g. distillation columns, pressure vessels, pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, and fired heaters
You shall participate in planning, cost development and management, and scheduling for assigned projects
You will be required to direct activities to ensure that construction, installation, and operational testing conform
to functional specifications, recognized codes and standards, and customer requirements
You shall maintain effective communication with project team members and with the customer
You will be required to have comprehensive understanding of principles, theories, concepts, and industry
practices and standards and their application
You will have supervisory and administrative responsibility over a group of engineers or functions as a technical
specialist formulating and developing advanced concepts, techniques, and standards
Your responsibilities will include assuring effective utilization of engineering personnel, and technical quality
You will be required to develop designs that require innovation and ingenuity

Qualifications :

1. Candidate must possess a minimum of 10 years' experience working on engineering projects in the Oil & Gas /
Nuclear / Power / Mining / Petrochemicals industries.
2. Candidates must hold a valid Bachelor / Masters' degree or equivalent in an engineering discipline. This
requirement is mandatory.
3. Candidates with a PE registration are preferred. This requirement is highly desirable.
4. Candidate will have knowledge of Saudi Aramco Standards. This requirement is highly desirable.
5. Candidate must have excellent Verbal and Written communication skills. This requirement is mandatory.
