Preparation: Print the board game (it would be great if you could
laminate it) and a set of cards. No special paper is required, but thin
cardboard is preferred as its better handled by the students. Cut the
cards and pile them up on the board or on the desk next to it. Get a
dice and a number of counters to match the number of students in
each group (this can be played in groups of 2, 3 or 4 students). Also, if
possible, give each group a timer (or ask the students to use their
mobiles or their watches, Im sure there must be at least one of those
in each group!)

Instructions
1. Each player places their counter over the START HERE words.
2. In turns (you can determine the order freely, or they may roll a
die to determine the order) each player rolls the die and moves to
a square on the board.
3. The player picks up a card from the pile and names the words
asked in the card. If it is done correctly, and there are no
objections, the student can then move to the next square of the
same colour (i.e., from red to red). If the student is not able to
provide 3 answers and/or doesnt do it in the set time, then they
have to move back to the previous square of the same colour. If
its the first question of the game, they go back to start.
4. The turn passes to the next player, who repeats the procedure.
5. The player who wins the game is the first player who manages to
get to the FINISH zone.
