Finished Size: 13" x 41"
MATERIALS
Bedspread Weight Cotton Thread
(size 10) [225 yards per ball]:
Ecru - 3 balls
Steel crochet hook, size 7 (1.65 mm)
or size needed for gauge
GAUGE: First Motif, Rnds 1-6 = 2" diameter;
Each Motif = 6" along each outside edge
FIRST MOTIF A
Ch 7; join with slip st to form a ring.
Rnd 1 (Right side): Ch 1, 18 sc in ring; join with slip st
to first sc.
Note: Mark last round as right side.
Rnd 2: Ch 1, sc in same st, ch 5, skip next 2 sc, H sc
in next sc, ch 5, skip next 2 sc; repeat from H around;
join with slip st to first sc: 6 ch-5 sps.
Rnd 3: Slip st in first ch-5 sp, ch 1, (sc, hdc, 5 dc, hdc,
sc) in same sp and in each ch-5 sp around; do not join:
6 Petals.
Rnd 4: Working behind Petals, (slip st in back legs of
first sc on next Petal, ch 6) around; working below first
slip st, join with slip st to legs of same sc as first slip st:
6 ch-6 sps.
To work treble crochet (abbreviated tr), YO twice,
insert hook in sp or sc indicated, YO and pull up a loop,
(YO and draw through 2 loops on hook) 3 times.
Rnd 5: Slip st in first ch-6 sp, ch 1, (sc, hdc, dc, 5 tr,
dc, hdc, sc) in same sp and in each ch-6 sp around; join
with slip st to first sc: 66 sts.
Rnd 6: Slip st in next 3 sts, ch 1, sc in same st,
H ch 7, skip next 3 tr, sc in next tr , ch 7, skip next
6 sts, sc in next tr; repeat from H 4 times more, then
repeat from to once, ch 3, skip last 6 sts, tr in first sc
to form last ch-7 sp: 12 ch-7 sps.
To work Picot, ch 3, slip st in top of last sc made.
To work double treble crochet (abbreviated dtr), YO
3 times, insert hook in sc indicated, YO and pull up a
loop, (YO and draw through 2 loops on hook) 4 times.
Rnd 7: Ch 1, sc in same sp, work Picot, H ch 9, sc in
next ch-7 sp, work Picot; repeat from H around, ch 4,
dtr in first sc to form last ch-9 sp: 12 ch-9 sps.

to once, ch 4, dtr in first sc to form last ch-9 sp:
9 sps and 3 loops.
To work Cluster, H YO twice, insert hook in loop or sp
indicated, YO and pull up a loop, (YO and draw through
2 loops on hook) twice; repeat from H 2 times more,
YO and draw through all 4 loops on hook.
Rnd 9: Ch 1, sc in same sp, ch 7, (sc in next sp, ch 7)
twice, H in next loop work [Cluster, ch 5, Cluster,
(ch 7, Cluster) twice, ch 5, Cluster], ch 7 , (sc in next
sp, ch 7) 3 times; repeat from H once more, then repeat
from to once; join with slip st to first sc: 18 ch-7 sps

Note: Mark last round as right side.

next 5-sc group, ch 15) twice; join with slip st to first sc:

Rnd 3: Slip st in first loop, ch 1, (2 sc, 3 hdc, 15 dc,
