Task 1(a):

Being able to add comments to Excel worksheets can be quite useful. For example,
in many companies its common that multiple people will be contributing
information to a worksheet. Adding comments to an Excel worksheet gives you the
opportunity to share and discuss ideas with multiple workbook users. Leaving
comments gives you the ability to let others know what has been accomplished,
ultimately makes it easier to keep track of what needs to be completed.

Task 1(b):

When using Excel, its important to give cells names. Being able to name a cell
allows you to give significant name to a set of information. For example, if you are
looking at a worksheet and trying to find the total sales you can find that
information quickly if the cell has been renamed Total Sales. Adding a specific
name to a cell will give cells much more meaning.

Note: The first set of tasks for Question 2 will be performed prior to showing us
your work. Please fill in the answers for tasks in the designated spaces.

Task 2(k):

Names of Salespersons receiving a Bonus in Scenario 1

Jayden Ayers, Christina Gallagher, Devin Duran, Philip Cook, Olivia Pena

Names of Salespersons receiving a Bonus in Scenario 2

Jayden Ayers, Christina Gallagher, Devin Duran, Olivia Pena

Explanation of why the scenarios can produce different results. Your
recommendation and reasons.
The two scenarios may produce different results because one scenario gives
bonuses based on if they are above the average total sales for the year where the
other scenario gives bonuses if the employee was in top majority for each quarter
sale. I would recommend for a company to give bonuses based on being above the
average total sales for the year because this forces their employees to work
consistently throughout the year.
