Re : Termination of Lease Contract

Ms. DULCE TECSON:

Please be informed that we are terminating our Contract of Lease dated 30 June
2013. You are requested to peacefully vacate the premises NOT LATER THAN 29
MARCH 2017 and to return the complete set of keys to the property to the undersigned
or his duly authorized representative.

To prevent any inconvenience, kindly make sure that the amount your arrears
and utilities have been paid. We shall return your guarantee deposit upon your
presentation of proof of payment of all back rentals and utilities.
