Overall objectives
The overall objectives of Professional Internship are to contribute to the further and detailed development of the planned MA level Educational Leadership
Training Program in Serbia and to the professional development of school leaders. The PI program wants to serve to enhance Serbian school leaders with the
most up to date theoretical and practical knowledge and skills of educational leadership (e.g. schools as learning organizations, innovation management etc.).
Another key aspect of the PI is for the participants to give feedback on the EdLead programme from a quality management approach.
The HUNSEM PI has three main focuses to realize the objectives defined above:
Focus 1: Providing fresh knowledge in the form of expert presentations on recent research and development project and provide opportunity for gaining
personal experience via practical and interactive workshops.
Focus2: Organizing school visits for participants to experience the impact of the previously mentioned projects and the leadership development work of
HUNSEM and to reflect on experiences during practical workshops.
Focus3: Hosting a quality management workshop for participants to provide feedback on the realization of the EdLead programme which can be served as a
basis for further development and support implementation.
