Action

Objectives of the Overall objective: The DUNAMOL wider objective will be contribution to
Action modernization process of the higher education system in the Republic of
Moldova by developing University Autonomy and Accountability, in
accordance with the Lisbon agenda and the Bologna process.
Specific objectives: 1)To learn European and benchmarks Moldovan
experience in the field of UAA by October 2011; 2) To increase
awareness on national and institutional levels of the crucial importance
and multiple benefits of UAA by December 2011; 3) To elaborate higher
education policy on UAA based on European standards and best practices
by December 2012; 4) To support higher education institutions to
approach internal procedures of implementation of UAA in a
constructive way by October 2013; 5) To disseminate the outcomes on
institutional, national and European levels by the end of the Project and
elaborate the pattern of long-term cooperation between Moldova and EU
in the project field.

and efficient management, which will include adequate capabilities of
all Project partners; (25) Elaborated DUNAMOL suggestions and
recommendations to EU and national governments on how to improve in
Moldova the regulation of different matters concerning the high
education reforms and development of the relevant EU PC cooperation,
including the development of University Autonomy and Accountability
process at institutional and national level respectively in order to meet
the needs of Bologna process and Lisbon agenda.
Expected impacts 1) Educated necessary human potential for the development and
implementation of University Autonomy and Accountability policy in the
Black Sea Basin, 2) the continuation of the process of overwhelming
capillary cooperation with EU-27 and 3) in the long run realisation of
the European integration process.
The Project will have a form of a diversified promotion, research,

studies, policy development, training and educational activities targeted
at specific groups but also aimed at reaching wider public. We designed
Project`s Workpackages (WPs) taking into account Project`s timing
(activities between WPs realised in parallel or continually);
demonstrating links between WPs; avoiding of redundancies (no double
work in different WPs) and showing how the results of activities will be
used in more than on WP. The Work Packages (WP) and the Work Plan
(WPL) will include the detailed list, description and timing of activities
that will be undertaken for achieving the Projects outcomes. Thus we
are presenting in continuation only an outlook of these activities (WP.1-
WP.8):
