consumer products in Ireland.
Carried out product costings and sensory analysis.
Reviewed new product packaging concepts.
Supervised production trials and sent samples to customers.
Ensured the smooth operation of the Development
Laboratory while the Senior Technologist was on holiday.

Obtained representative samples and undertook analysis of
drinking water and river water to determine if water was
suitable for human consumption.
