DRAWSTRING CHART
Make a length of ch approx 90 cm, 35 in, long using
4mm (UK 8 - US G6) crochet hook and A.
row 1 (rs) 1 dc (sc) into 2nd ch from hook, 1 dc (sc) into each
ch to end.
Fasten off.

MAKING UP
Press following instructions on ball band.
Using photograph as a guide, sew one end of each Strap to
upper edge of one Side piece, leaving approx 6 cm, 2 in,
between Straps this will form back of backpack. Enclosing
other ends of Straps in seams and taking care not to twist
Straps, sew Sides together, leaving top of last row open.
Thread Drawstring through eyelet holes of row 53 as in
photograph and tie ends at centre of front piece.
