1. Reading the CAN network faults

1.1 Description
This function allows to determining the number of CAN errors present in the
ECUs.
The numbers which are represented in the data list show the fault counters. There is
coding on 6-bit hex-coded.
The CAN faults counter is decremented by one every disconnection of the +APC without
reaching zero. The objective is to always keep a trace when a fault is happened.
