TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE CITI CLICK FOR CASH FREE SODEXO MOBILE PASS

1. Citi Click for Cash Free Sodexo Mobile Pass Promotion (Promo) will run in waves from April 17 to July 9, 2017,
extended until November 10, 2017 as approved by DTI FTEB No. 3436 Series of 2017 (Promo Period).

2. The Promo is open to a pre-selected group of principal Citi Cardholders whose cards are issued by Citibank, N.A.
Philippine Branch (Citi), are active and in good credit standing, have available Relationship Limit or Account
Credit Limit, as applicable.

3. An email will be sent to pre-selected Cardholders informing them that they are eligible for the Promo.

4. A pre-selected Cardholder who avails and is approved for a Citi Click for Cash of at least P20,000 within the Promo
Period will be entitled to a Sodexo Mobile Pass (the Gift). Below table shows the amount of the Sodexo Mobile
Pass corresponding to the approved amount of the Citi Click for Cash transaction.

5. A pre-selected Cardholder may only qualify to receive the Sodexo Mobile Pass once for every wave during the
Promo Period.

6. A pre-selected Cardholder can avail of Click for Cash depending on the allowed Click for Cash amount or available
Relationship Limit, whichever is lower.

7. The qualified Cardholder may redeem the Gift from August 1 to January 10, 2018.

8. The redemption process for the Gift will be as follows:


a. The qualified Cardholder will receive an SMS from Citi containing the following: (i) unique redemption
code, (ii) value of Sodexo Mobile Pass and (iii) redemption instructions.
b. The qualified Cardholder may redeem the Gift by calling the Sodexo Hotline (02) 689-4723 on business
days (9:00AM to 5:00PM) from the redemption date indicated in the SMS until January 9, 2018.
c. The qualified Cardholder must provide the last 4 digits of the Citi credit card, the unique redemption code,
and the value of the Sodexo Premium Pass to the Sodexo Hotline personnel.
d. The Sodexo Hotline personnel will validate the details. Once validated, the Sodexo Hotline personnel will
ask for the qualified Cardholders preferred mobile number or email address where the Sodexo Mobile
Pass will be sent.
e. Sodexo will verify the qualified Cardholders contact details via email confirmation.
f. The qualified Cardholder must reply via email to confirm that contact details are correct.
g. Upon confirmation that contact details are correct, Sodexo will send the Mobile Pass to the qualified
Cardholders mobile number or email address the following day.

9. Sodexo Mobile Pass can be used at Aldo, American Eagle, Bench, Call it Spring, Cath Kidston, Charles & Keith,
Dimensione, F&X, The Faceshop, Fix Bench Salon, Gerald.ph, Human, Kashieca, La Senza, Mothercare, Pedro,
Rustans, Skin Expert, Shopwise, The SM Store, Vero Moda, Wellcome.

10. Use of the Gift is governed by the Sodexo Terms and Conditions. The Sodexo Mobile Pass may only be used to
redeem goods and services offered by Sodexo-accredited or affiliated establishments.

11. Sodexo Mobile Passes that are not redeemed within the Redemption Period shall be forfeited in favor of Citi.

12. The Promo is not valid in conjunction with other discounts, privileges, vouchers or any other promotions.
13. The Gift is not convertible to cash, credit or other goods and services from establishments not accredited or
affiliated with Sodexo.

14. All Sodexo Mobile Passes redemptions are final; no return or exchange will be permitted. The qualified Cardholder
is responsible for inspecting the quality, condition, and expiry dates before redeeming. The qualified Cardholder
shall also be responsible for safekeeping the Sodexo Mobile Pass upon redemption. No replacement for lost
Sodexo Mobile Passes will be permitted. Citi and/or Sodexo shall not be obliged to refund nor replace the Gift once
redeemed.

15. In case a qualified Cardholder disputes the qualifying Citi Click for Cash transaction, which results in the reversal of
the transaction in part or in full, Citibank shall have the right to charge the cost of the Gift to the Cardholders Citi
Card account.

16. In case of dispute in respect of the Cardholders eligibility, coverage of dates, fulfilment, etc., Citibanks decision
will prevail.

17. Fraud, abuse or any unauthorized action relating to the credit card transaction, the redemption of the Gift, or the
participation in the Promo may result in the disqualification of the pre-selected Cardholder from the Promo,
suspension or cancellation of Card privileges, or the charging of the full cost of the Gift to the pre-selected
Cardholders Card account, at Citibanks discretion. This shall be without prejudice to any legal action that may be
taken by Citibank.

18. The Terms and Conditions of the Click for Cash Facility and the Citi Card Agreement will continue to apply. The
Terms and Conditions of the Click for Cash Facility will be sent to the qualified Cardholders billing address once
the Click for Cash availment has been approved. The applicable terms and conditions and the complete Citi Card
Agreement are also available on www.citibank.com.ph.
