On Monday on 1 oct 2017,after the flag ceremony,suddenly delvi felt hard to breathe and taken
to the health of the students unit.then,she took resting for fifteen minutes.The school directly
contacted the parents of students.Then the parents immediately picked up and brought her child to
the hospital.

Nurse 1 : Assalamualaikum,welcome to MCB hospital, Im nana can I help you mom?

Mother : Yes miss, Im fany.Id like to register my daughter.

Nurse 1 : Ok mom, what is your daughter name?

Mother : She is delvi susanti. Call her delvi.

Nurse 1 : When were your child born?

Mother : She was born on january 26 th 2000.

Nurse 1 : Is she a students?

Mother : Yes, she is a senior hight school student.

Mother : Im Indonesian and I am a muslim.

Nurse 1 : What is your reason for visit in the hospital?

Mother : Because my daughter is hard to breathe.

Nurse 1 : Ok mom. I will take you to the examination room.

Mother : Yes nurse.

Nurse 1 : excuisme nurse this is delvi with asthma symptoms.

Nurse 2 : Ok delvi, can you breathe normally.

Patient : No nurse, I feel crowded nurse?

Nurse 2 : Try to take a deep breath and than take it out.

Nurse 2 : I will check the physic,sit down please?

Nurse 2 : The presure is 120/90 mmHg, Respiration is 50 per minute, pule is 55 per minute.

Nurse 2 : I will give the results of your examination to the doctor.

Doctor : Your child has chronic asthma, this disease,occurs because of the environment and
also its diet .
