PROBLEM:
God created MAN in His image and likeness; He LOVES Mankind His
own Sons & Daughters!
Mankind Sins and their friendship is broken
God used the LAW as a temporary solution until the REAL SOLUTION -
JESUS CHRIST.
Jesus leaves and gives us the Holy Spirit and a Commission.

What does Evangelism mean?

It is the spreading of the Christian gospel by public preaching or personal
witness.
zealous advocacy of a cause.
Evangelise means to
1. to preach the gospel to.
2. to convert to Christianity.

Romans 1:16
16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to
every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.
WHEN JESUS WAS ON THE EARTH
Luke 9:1-2
Then he called his twelve disciples together, and gave them power and authority over all
devils, and to cure diseases.

And he sent them to preach the kingdom of God, and to heal the sick.

Luke 10:1-2, 9, 17-19

After these things the Lord appointed other seventy also, and sent them two and two before
his face into every city and place, whither he himself would come.

Therefore said he unto them, The harvest truly is great, but the labourers are few: pray ye
therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he would send forth labourers into his harvest.

Matthew 4:17
From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, REPENT: for the Kingdom of Heaven is
at hand.

WHAT WE SAY:

REPENT Change your way of thinking from this worlds to the Kingdom of
Heaven.
FOR THE KINGDOM OF GOD IS AT HAND All that the Kingdom has to
offer is present and within reach right now healing, prosperity, joy, peace,
comfort, love, deliverance, etc.
WHEN JESUS WAS LEAVING THE EARTH
Matthew 28:19-20

Go ye therefore, and teach all nations (make disciples of all nations), baptizing them in
the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:

Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with
you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.

Mark 16:15-20
15 And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.
16 He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.
17 And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they
shall speak with new tongues;
18 They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they
shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.
19 So then after the Lord had spoken unto them, he was received up into heaven, and sat on
the right hand of God.
20 And they went forth, and preached every where, the Lord working with them, and
confirming the word with signs following. Amen.

Acts 1:8
8 But ye shall receive power, AFTER that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be
witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the
uttermost part of the earth.

Be witnesses the person has seen and proven what they have
experienced
Cast out devils
Speak in new tongues
Take up serpents
Drink deadly things
Heal the sick

2 Corinthians 5:17-21
17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away;
behold, all things are become new. 18 And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to
himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation; 19 To wit, that
God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto
them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation. 20 Now then we are
ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ's stead,
be ye reconciled to God. 21 For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we
might be made the righteousness of God in him.

What does Reconcile or Reconciliation mean?

To be reconciled is to be restored to friendship or harmony.

What are trespasses?

"Trespasses," the Greek word paraptoma, means "to go off a path," "fall," or "slip aside."
When applied to moral and ethical issues, it means "to deviate from the right way," "to
wander from a standard."

What does imputing mean?

To think of as belonging to someone, and therefore to cause it to belong to that person. God
thinks of Adams sin as belonging to us, and it therefore belongs to us, and in justification
he thinks of Christs righteousness as belonging to us and so relates to us on this basis
(Systematic Theology, 1244, Zondervan, 1994)

What does it mean when it says In Christs stead?
