Timing (H):

- The problem is very urgent because spilling oil can extends very fast in the ocean. If
not processes as fast as we can, the spills can go wider to surrounding area.
- The deadline is about 2 weeks, because in 2 weeks the fishery nearby planned to
realease the fish into the contaminated area.
- If nothing is done, the spill will contaminating wider area and make pollution to the
ocean that very dangerous to the ecosystem. It will also extremely detrimental to fish
industry.

Trend (H):

- The problem will get worst from time to time. The spilled oil will extends at rapid
speed. The remain of the oil also still exist in the ocean and very dangerous for
ecosystem.

Impact (H):

- This problem was very serious. The effects are damaged ecosystem, fishery problem,
and also fisherman problem.
- The Exxon Valdes tanker company also face the problem with cost to repair the
damage that they have done.

DA:

Need to solve the spilling problems immediately. So the problem not going wider and
causes the certain damages in the future.

What: The problem was there are complaints from customers about several
corroted bolts in packaging.
Where: The problem occurred from the shipment from the distribution located in
Atlanta and Denver. There are no problem with shipment from Phoenix and
Denver. Maybe have problems in shipment distances and geographical area from
that 2 cities.
When: The problem occurred and complaints from customers come in June and
August. In our opinion there is problem with weather in June-August, because its
summer season and maybe the weather so hot that cause the chemical in
packaging vapored and caused the corrotion.
Extent: The problem causes some of bolts corroted, and the remains still in good
condition. From our observations, the problem occurred also from packaging
because the paper used from ACADIA PAPER contaminated with salt. It may cause
several reaction to the bolts and make them corroted.
