Tournament Rules and Regulations :

1) Latest fide Rules will be applied.

2) No Sharing of Prize Money. Highest Prize will be given.
3) All players must report at venue by 10 am for players meeting with
neccesary certificates & payment proofs etc.
4) Any other rules if neccesary will be displayed on notice Board.
5) In case of dispute, the decision of Chief Arbiter's shall be final. VITHABAI MEMORIAL ALL INDIA FIDE RATING
6) Mobile phones are not allowed in playing hall for players/spectators.
7) Tie Break:- Will be decided at Players Meeting on 24th April 2017
8 ) GMs, WGMs ,IMs and WIMs will be provided free Lodging in Good

12) Organizers reserve the rights to admit or refuse any entry ,without
assigning any reason at Admission or any stage of tournament. They
also reserve the right of admission at venue.

person. Dormitory accommodation shall be provided on 3 to 4 Persons per CASH PRIZES TROPHIES
