Rectangle Granny Throw

Measurement: 52 in x 75 in (132 cm x 190 cm)

Yarn: Light Worsted / DK weight yarn

Hook: 5mm / H Crochet Hook. When using heavier or lighter weight yarn use an appropriate
hook size.

Granny Rectangle: Make 2

Foundation Chain:
With Color A, ch 164 (161 ch and 3 turning chain)

Round 1:
Start in 4th ch from hook, 2 dc, ch 2, 3 dc, ch 2, 3 dc, ch 1, [skip next 3 ch, 3 dc in next ch, ch 1] 38 times
more, skip next 3 ch and in last ch work 3 dc, ch 2, 3 dc, ch 2, 3 dc, ch 1.

Now you will be working along the other side of foundation ch. [Skip next 3 ch, 3 dc in next ch, ch 1] 38
times more, join with sl st to 3rd ch of initial dc. End Color A.

Round 2:
Join Color B in same place and sl st in each of first 2 sts to ch2sp, ch 3 (counts as 1 dc), 2 dc, ch 2, 3 dc, ch1
in same ch2sp corner made. (3 dc, ch 2, 3 dc, ch 1) in next ch2sp. * In next ch1sp work (3 dc, ch 1) *. Rep
* to * across to next corner ch2sp. In next and following corner ch2sp work (3 dc, ch 2, 3 dc, ch 1). Rep * to
* across to start of round and join by sl st to initial dc. End Color B.

R 3 21
Repeat instructions for R 2, changing colour every round or every couple of rounds.

Joining:
When you have completed both rectangles, join together lengthwise by sewing or crochet join.

Edging:
Work 2 or 3 rounds around the entire throw.
