1. First they look for the advertisement of different tender.
2. Generally these tenders advertisements are published
on newspaper or online.
3. An advertisement includes opening date of the tender,
closing date and time of the tender, the concern person of
the tender, basic information of the purchasable products,
tender schedule purchasable place, Prebid meeting, etc.
4. First they buy the tender schedule. This tender Schedule
has seven sections. General instruction to bidder, tender
data sheet, General condition of contract, particular
condition of contract, Tender and contract forms,
Schedule of requirements, Technical Specifications.

5. First thing first they look at the section seven where all
the technical specs are usually mentioned. They need to
find out if there are any deviations. If yes then they start to
prepare the abenment.
6. Usually abenment can be submitted seven days before
the tender opening. If there are any prebid meeting is
mentioned then the acceptance of abetment is higher.
7. If the deviations are acceptable then the tenderee will
inform all the other tenderer that participated in tender.
