30 % Omani Share 70% Foreign Share

Share capital : OMR.150 K

Documents required:
(1) ID copy of Omani Sponsor
(2) Resident ID, if any, of the Foreign Partner
(3) Passport copy of the Foreign Partner
(4) Bank Statement of Omani Partner for 6 months
(5) Bank Statement of Foreign Partner Oman Bank statement, if any + Home country
bank statement for 6 months
(6) ROP Certificate of Omani Partner
(7) ROP Certificate for Foreign Partner, if he is a resident in Oman.

Consultant Fees: OMR 2,500/-

Terms of Payment: 50% Advance, balance before handing over the Trade licence and
other certificate.
The above payment does not include Charges payable to Chamber of Commerce.

Time duration for completion : 10 days from the date of advance payment and
handing over all the 7 documents listed above.

Process for Investor Visa processing

Documents required:
(1) Rental Agreement in the name of New company
(2) Baladiya Registration Certificate.
Charges OMR.225/- per Investor.
Process will take 25 days time from the date of handing over the documents.
