Sub.: Termination of Services

Pursuant to the Statement of Allegations dated ________________ and

the subsequent Charge Sheet dated ________________ issued to you, an
Inquiry was conducted as per Rule 36 and 37 of the Maharashtra
Employees of Private Schools Rules, 1981 (referred to herein after as
the said Rules) against you. You were charged with commission of
acts of Misconduct under Rule _______________ of the M.E.P.S. Rules,
1981 and also Misconduct as mentioned more particularly in Rule 28
(5) (a) (i) and (ii) and Rule 28 (5) (c) (i) of the M.E.P.S. Rules, 1981.

You were forwarded the Summary of the Proceedings of the Inquiry

Committee dated ___________ vide covering letter dated ___________.
You replied to the said Summary vide your letter dated 04.09.2017.
After the said Inquiry concluded, the Inquiry Committee
communicated its Findings dated 13.09.2017 (comprising of the
Majority Report of the Convener and the Awardee Teacher dated
13.09.2017 and the Minority Report of your Representative Mrs.
_______________________ dated _______________ which was presented to
the Convener and the Awardee Teacher on 13.09.2017 and which is
appended to the said Majority Report dated 13.09.2017) to the
Management. In the said Majority Report, the Convener and the
Awardee Teacher have held you guilty of the Charges leveled on you
vide the said Charge Sheet dated 19.01.2016 by a majority decision
and have recommended that the penalty of termination of services be
imposed on you. In the said Report, your Nominee Mrs.
_______________has held you not guilty of the said Charges and has
recommended reinstatement. The copy of the said Findings have dated
13.09.2017 (comprising of the Majority Report of the Convener and the
Awardee Teacher dated 13.09.2017 and the Minority Report of your
Representative Mrs. __________________ dated 09.09.2017 appended
thereto) has been forwarded to you along with the letter dated
___________. You have not responded to the same till date.

The said Findings were placed before the Management in its meeting
held on _________. During the said meeting, the Management decided
to accept and implement the majority decision of the Convener and
Awardee Teacher and hence, it has been decided to terminate your
services forthwith.

You are therefore hereby informed that in implementation of the

Majority Decision of the Inquiry Committee, the Major Penalty of
termination of services as per Rule 29 (5) of the said Rules is hereby
imposed upon you. Your services are therefore hereby terminated
forthwith.
