COURSES Through my education at Bridgewater College and Liberty University I have
gained knowledge from many di<erent aspects of the Nutrition and Public
Health >eld. I have had the opportunity to learn basic nutrition and public
health concepts, but also nutrition across the lifespan, health concepts from a
personal aspect as well as on a community level, and apply public health
principles to speci>c nutrition situations and issues. The classes required for
my BS and MPH degree have also allowed me to expand my learning into the
science behind the >eld of nutrition with classes such as, organic chemistry,
exercise physiology, human anatomy, principles of epidemiology and
environmental health. In addition to my Nutrition and Master of Public Health
degree I am currently enrolled in the Bachelor of Science in Dietetics through
Northern Colorados Distance DPD program, working toward becoming a
Registered Dietitian.
