SUSTAINABILITY MILESTONES

KEY PROJECTS DRIVE PROGRESS

BIOFILTRO BIDA INSTALLATION

We installed a natural, regenerative wastewater
treatment system that uses microbes and red
worms to naturally remove 99% of contaminants
from winery wastewater.

APANA SMART WATER METER TECHNOLOGY

We began installing advanced water metering
technology, ultimately equipping 450,000 ft2 of our
facilities with 26 smart water meters that send data
to the cloud for 24/7 real-time analysis and reporting.

CARBONNEUTRAL CERTIFICATION
We reduced our greenhouse gas emissions and began
supporting pacesetting offset projects around the
world to become the first U.S. winery certified
CarbonNeutral by Natural Capital Partners.
