In connection with the above subject, Sr.DFM/GTL's letter regarding "Action on Budget
Announcement (Reconstruction of Asset Register)" is enclosed herewith for your information,
necessary action.
In this regard, all field officers and all depot in-charges are herewith instructed to fill the
all details in the following prescribed formats which are enclosed separately in both soft copy as
well as hard copy in order to compile and forward to Accounts Department.

and}I.03.2017 are to be forwarded to the Regional Project Manager I ARJHQ immediately, no
reply I data is received for the above periods from your end.

Apart from the above, AR cell IHQ has advised the details of Electrical Equipments and
Fittings are to be furnished in the following formats (copies enclosed) .
