Dress Code is the important part during the AYIMUN 2017. The Asia Youth International

regulations about wearing dress code during the agenda. All participants should follow the
provisions that have mentioned in the Rule of Procedure AYIMUN 2017. Formal business
attire is the official dress code for all sessions, except city tour. No jeans, no sandals,
sneakers, t-shirts, and/or shorts are permitted to be worn during the conference. Formal attire
for men includes suit or blazer, neat shirt, trousers, and formal shoes; ties are optional.
Formal attire for ladies includes suit or blazer, formal dress or neat shirt and formal skirt, and
formal shoes. The Chair has the authority to take further measures in the event of delegate
wearing inappropriate attire. Here is some important information about dress code that all
delegates need to obey:

12. TIPS AND TRICKS

1. Search the information about the destinations as many as possible

2. Contact the committee as soon as you have arrived in Kuala Lumpur International
Airport. If you still dont have Malaysia SIM Card and you need internet access, just
find any Wi-Fi.
3. Always bring your passport as your identity and stick close with it wherever you go
4. Bring along a (mini) bag to contain passport, hand phone, wallet, and personal daily
belongings
5. Dont panic! If you find yourself in you-dont-know-where location, your belonging
gone missing, or anything unexpected, you just need to ask around or contact the
committee or the authority
6. Bring a pocket dictionary if you dont feel confidence in English or local language
7. Respect the cultures of the locals
8. Bring your own food and drinks (bread, mineral drink) in case you cant fit the local
food taste. You should be careful especially if you have allergy
9. Dont forget to bring your money in Ringgit Malaysia (RM). Try your best not to
exchange the money after you get there because it will take time. Better to spend the
time for enjoyable activities than queuing to get exchanged money, isnt it?
10. If you need any personal belonging, dont wait to buy it when you are in Malaysia.
The committee will not give you much time to walk around and buy everything and it
will be a little bit troublesome if you need something urgent but you have to look for a
shop which sells it first
11. Take photos as many as possible, but dont forget to obey the rules
12. Make a lot of friends! Sure it will make your day more enjoyable and everything
becomes priceless. You should bring along your name card, so you can exchange each
other and your friendship will be forever
13. You are free to bring any goods from your local region to be given to your new
friends
14. Stick close with the guidebook and the rundown inside
13. LRT MAP IN MALAYSIA
