MITOSIS Mini Poster Project Objective: ta demonstrate your understanding of mitosis and cell division. In doing this you will create an accurate end engaging mini poster showing the cell's cycle fram interphase thru the 4 majar stages of mitosis (prophase, metaphase, anaphase, and telophase) ending with cytokinesis. This poster will feature taxt and illustrations describing what is happening during each step, Materials: Typical materials needed will be » mini paster board, glue, markers, crayans, string/yarn (optional), and scissors. Any other materials would be up ta the individual, You could use pasta, pipe cleaners, beads, colored yarn, twizzlers, construction paper, or other items you feel would represent your cell and chromosomas. Using pencil on the final project is unacceptable. The poster must accurately represent the stages of mitosis starting with Interphase and ending with Cytakinesis. A brief description should be included at each stage to describe what is going on. Allcells should begin with 4 chromosomes. Each represented by a different calor. All phases should be labeled as well as the cell structures involved in the process.
