Calculation & Payment of T-CABs for TCs, RDs and RVPs

TC, RDs and RVP T-CABs are paid according to the Bonus Program applicable to the country of the originating new Team Trainer.

T-CAB Frequently Asked Questions

How will the new calculations work?
The new calculations will be based upon the bonus amount applicable to the country of the newly qualified Team Trainer.
Example: A TC recruits 50 new, international qualified open-line TTs in October. The TC is eligible to receive TC open-line T-CABs for 50 reps.
Therefore the TC will receive a percentage of the total Bonus per country:

Number of QTT per Percentage of Overall Threshold/amount per Corresponding amount Converted amount
country country in local currency (to US$)
20 US 40% 50/12000 US$ 4800 $4,800.00
11 AU 22% 50/10000 AU$ 2200 $1,677.84
10 DE 20% 50/10000 DE € 2000 $2,560.26
3 CH 6% 50/15000 CHF 900 $730.05
3 DK 6% 50/4500 DKK 4500 $772.19
3 UK 6% 50/4500 £ 270 $510.52
Total=50 Total=50 $11,050.86

Conversion table (for illustration purposes only)

AUD = Australian Dollars .762654 GBP = G.B. Pounds 1.890824
CAD= Canadian Dollars .892092 NOK = Norwegian Kroner .160218
CHF = Switzerland Francs .811162 NZD = New Zealand Dollars .632099
DKK = Danish Krone .171598 SEK = Swedish Krona .138994

How can I see which country the New TT is from?

In Downline Reporting, all representatives reflect their country of origin with their national flag beside their name. By using Downline
Reporting, managing T-CABs has never been easier.

Will I receive payments in different currencies?

Although the calculations are based upon the country of origin and therefore applicable currency, once a level of T-CAB is reached, the
payout will reflect the currency of the country that the earning TC, RD or RVP resides in. Currency conversions are based on the monthly
exchange rate on the date of payout generation.

How can I see what T-CABs I have been paid?

As always, T-CABs can be viewed on the weekly CAB statements. There is a T-CAB calculation summary also available. Both of these can be
located by visiting MyACN for Representatives and going to the sections for CABs & Commissions or Downline Reporting.

What benefits does a TC, RD or RVP gain from this approach?

Because we are an international company which operates in a variety of different countries worldwide, ACN wants Independent Represen-
tatives to benefit from all bonus programs. By recruiting across borders, you can take advantage of opportunities in the bonus programs of
other ACN countries.

Team Trainer (TT) Qualifications

All ACN representatives MUST acquire customers in order to qualify for their positions. To qualify for their
position, Team Trainers must acquire and maintain at least 5 Points. One account of the same service from the
same household can be used to count toward TT qualifications.

Qualifications of Earned Positions

Executive Team Trainer –
o You must be a qualified Team Trainer with a minimum of 5 Points AND
o Have 1 qualified TT in 2 separate legs (at any level)

Qualified ETTs must maintain minimum TT qualifications.

©ACN 2010_CAEN_ CompPlanDesc_RP_W_7.1.10

Set a goal to reach ETT within your first 30 days

Executive Team Leader –

o You must have a minimum of 15 Points AND
o Have 1 Executive Team Trainer in 3 separate legs (at any level)

Qualified ETLs must maintain minimum TT qualifications

Set a goal to reach ETL within your first 90 days.

Team Coordinator –
You must have three separately sponsored organizations, or “legs,” and each must
contain at least 200 Points.

For example, if you sponsored one person directly and they acquired 200 Points all
by themselves, that leg would count toward Team Coordinator qualifications. If you
sponsored another person and they recruited nine people within their organization
and each of those 10 people acquired 20 Points, that also equals 200 Points.

Set a goal to achieve this position within your first 120 days.

Regional Director –
You must have at least 1 person achieve the position of Team Coordinator anywhere in
each of 3 separate legs at any level. and have a minimum of $50,000 in monthly billings
of ACN’s services in your total downline organization.*

* Monthly billings are reported two to three months in arrears.

Set a goal to achieve this position within your first 6 months.

Regional Vice President –

You must have at least one person achieve the position of Team Coordinator
anywhere in each of four separate legs of your organization and have a minimum of
$75,000 in monthly billings of ACN’s services in your total downline organization.*

* Monthly billings are reported two to three months in arrears.

Set a goal to achieve this position within one year.

Senior Vice President –

You must have six Team Coordinators or above in each of six separate legs,
with at least three of these six legs containing an RD or RVP and
have a minimum of $500,000 in monthly billings of ACN’s services in your
total downline organization*

* Monthly billings are reported two to three months in arrears.

ACN’s Compensation
ACN representatives can earn money in two ways:

©ACN 2010_CAEN_ CompPlanDesc_RP_W_7.1.10

1. Monthly commissions based on their customers’ usage of our services
2. Weekly Customer Acquisition Bonuses (CABs)

Over time, the majority of your compensation will come from the residual income created from all of the
customers’ monthly billings on all of the levels of your organization.

The bottom line in building your ACN business is that you’re acquiring customers and sponsoring
“customer-getters” in order to build a residual income for yourself.

Monthly Commissions
As you begin to acquire personal customers, you can qualify to earn between 1% and 10% of their monthly bills
for as long as they continue to use ACN’s services. How much you earn is based on the total amount of
monthly commissionable revenue* of all of your personal customers combined. Whenever you reach a new
billing level, ACN pays you the increase on your entire personal customer base. As your business grows
and your total monthly billing volume increases, you earn more. When all of your customers combined total
$10,000 or more in monthly commission billings, you can earn 10%.

*Commission billing may vary based on product type. Billing from ACN Energy for Large Business Customers does not count
toward personal billing volume. Local service and Energy service are 50% commissionable. Refer to the Compensation
Plan overview for complete details. Excludes taxes and surcharges.

Commission billing for wireless customers,

home security and satellite TV customers is a
fixed amount based on plan.

Representatives will receive a percentage

of these amounts each month depending
on where they fall in the compensation
plan. For example, if you have 100
representatives on your 7th level, and each
has 4 single line wireless customers, you
would receive $1,280 in monthly
commissions off those customers.

For Example:
100 reps x 4 single line wireless customers x $40 commissionable revenue x 8% = $1,280

Override Commissions
You can also earn over-riding commissions on the customers of ALL of the representatives in your
organization. On the representatives you personally sponsor – the first “level” or “generation” below you – ACN
pays you 1/4% of the total monthly billings of all of the communication services customers they acquire. You
can also earn 1/4% over-riding residual income on level two…up to ½% on level three… up to 1% on level
four…up to 5% on level five…up to 7% on level six…and up to 10% on level seven by meeting the
qualifications detailed in ACN’s Compensation Plan. See the Commissions by Service table on the
Compensation Plan Overview for more details.

*Overriding Commissions vary based on product type. Local service and Energy service are 50% commissionable. Refer to
the Compensation Plan overview for complete details.

ACN does not set monthly quotas. All you have to do is maintain qualification and you’ll continue to
receive monthly commissions for the life of the customers, as long as you are an active Independent
Representative.

©ACN 2010_CAEN_ CompPlanDesc_RP_W_7.1.10

Seventh Level Qualifications
ACN representatives can qualify to receive over-riding commissions on and throughout their seventh level by
acquiring and maintaining 40 Personal Customer Points. Once you meet and maintain the minimum
requirement, you’re fully qualified through seven levels of the Compensation Plan.

Set a goal to acquire 50 Personal Customer Points as quickly as possible. Don’t make the minimums
your maximums and have just 40 Customer Points. You – and EVERY representative in your
organization – should always be adding new customers. That’s where the growth occurs.

Customer Acquisition Bonuses (CABs)

Customer Acquisition Bonuses are only paid when new representatives meet their minimum customer
acquisition requirements. Only qualified Team Coordinators and higher are eligible to earn CABs.

CABs are released when your newly sponsored Team Trainer becomes qualified within 30 days of their start
date. In order to count for qualifications, all new customers must show a “complete” status on the
representative’s Personal Customer List. A customer will show a “complete” status when all the necessary
information has been received and processed by ACN.

A representative’s start date is determined by either the date of

payment of their TT application fee or the date their first

Points
following the new TT’s start day once they qualify.

Bonuses are paid only when new representatives get qualified. If they don’t meet their customer
qualifications, you will not receive a bonus. CABs are paid based on the position the sponsoring
representative holds on the new Team Trainer’s start date or when payment is received.

Two types of Customer Acquisition Bonuses:

x Open Line CABs are bonuses you earn when representatives in your downline – who have not yet
reached your earned position – help their newly sponsored representatives meet their customer
qualifications.

x Generational CABs are bonuses that you earn when representatives in your organization – who
have reached the same earned position as you – help their newly sponsored representatives meet
their customer qualifications.

No bonuses are earned for sponsoring new representatives. Bonuses are only earned when new
representatives become qualified by acquiring the minimum number of personal customers necessary
within 30 days.

Open Line CABs

When the representatives in your downline organization – Regardless of where the newly
who have not yet reached your earned position – recruit new qualified Team Trainer falls in your
Team Trainers of their own and those new Team Trainers organization – as long as there is

all of the Open Line CABs.

©ACN 2010_CAEN_ CompPlanDesc_RP_W_7.1.10

For Example: If you are a TC and a TT anywhere in your downline organization, down to the next TC, directly
sponsors a new TT of their own who acquires their qualifying customers
within the required time, you earn the $50 Open Line TC CAB.

Generational CABs
Generational Customer Acquisition Bonuses are paid when people in your organization start earning the same
position as you. Every time a new Team Trainer becomes qualified within 30 days, ACN pays out a Customer
Acquisition Bonus. How much of that CAB you could receive depends on your earned position and the earned
position held by the other representatives between you and the newly qualified Team Trainer who acquired his
or her qualifying customers.

For Example: If you are a TC, and you sponsor a new TT in your downline who also gets to the TC position,
they will earn a $50 CAB on the new TTs in their TC open line who become qualified – and you will earn a $20
Generational CAB.

website guidelines, and must be submitted to ncmarketing@acninc.com for
approval.
If you choose to create your own website, you must follow these guidelines:
• The page cannot be presented as official ACN pages in any way. You must present
yourself as an ACN Independent Representative – not ACN the company.
• It cannot contain ACN in the URL.
• You cannot post any ACN videos or online presentation materials. You can however
link to ACN’s company websites to view these materials.
• The words “ACN Independent Representative” must be on the homepage.
• Representative online material must not contain any product information or
representative created order forms, and may only include information and wording
regarding the business opportunity.
• Websites cannot present false or misleading information about ACN or the ACN
Opportunity. There is no guarantee regarding income. Success or failure is based upon
a representative’s own skills and efforts.

Thank you for your cooperation in making ACN the best it can be! We appreciate
your help in following these simple rules, and hope to see you on Facebook!

Customer Purge Rules

ACN’s Compensation Plan is designed to reward Independent Representatives who acquire new customers and retain
their existing customers. Therefore, it is important that we establish rules for when a customer counts toward CAB and
position qualifications.

All active customers continue to count toward position and CAB qualifications until they are removed from active status
or “purged”. If a customer has multiple lines on the account, and only one of the lines purges, the customer will remain
on the Personal Customer List and will count toward qualifications.

Customers are purged once per month. The purge occurs the weekend following the last Friday of the month. Purged
customers are removed from the customer list and no longer count toward qualifications. ACN continues to store the
data on all customers and the purge process has no impact on the customer’s service or billing status.

A customer will be purged for the following reasons:

SERVICE NOT CONNECTED

If a completed phone service application is received and entered but the customer cannot receive ACN
service, then that customer is considered rejected. In these cases, a rejection notice may come from the
carrier that ACN uses or from the telecom company. The reason why the customer was rejected will be
displayed on the representative’s Personal Customer List. The customer will be purged on the purge date that
follows the next monthly commission run (weekend following the 1st Friday of the month).

For example, a customer who rejects service on July 19th 2010 will be purged during the weekend following
August 30th 2010.

Customers who are not accepted by ACN due to an incomplete customer application or because the
customer already uses that ACN service are not considered rejects, as these customers were never accepted
by ACN. If not completed, the customers will be removed from the Personal Customer List after a 60 day
period.

Customers who cancel within their first 90 days of service will purge immediately regardless of reason. After
90 days they will schedule to purge on the purge date that follows the 5th purge weekend following the first
monthly commission run.

For example, a customer who cancels service on July 19th 2010 will be purged during the weekend following
December 27th 2010.

The Schedule to Purge Date will appear on the Personal Customer List the working day following the
cancellation.

NO LONGER BILLING
If a customer has no usage for three consecutive billing months, and there is no billing for three months, then
the customer will be scheduled to purge. Plans with a monthly recurring charge (MRC) that are active will
continue to bill and count toward qualifications regardless as to the amount of usage. The purge will occur
the third month following three consecutive months of no billing.

For example, if a customer made no calls during July, August, September 2010, that customer will purge on
the weekend following December 27th 2010.

For new customers, the first billing period will be considered to be their first month.

SOLD/PENDING ACTIVATION
This applies to Satellite TV and Home Security customers who have placed their order but their service was
not installed within 30 days. These customers will be scheduled to purge in one cycle. When the carrier
notifies ACN of an installation, then the customer will no longer be scheduled to purge.

SERVICE UNABLE TO BE CONNECTED

If a customer has been connected and at least 6 months have passed since their order entry date. The
customer will show a scheduled to purge status beginning month 4 if no connection status is received.

UNPURGING
If ACN receives a connected/installed CARE code, the account will unpurge within 24 hours. If ACN receives
record of a last call (which are run during the monthly purge cycle) or revenue, the account will unpurge during
the next purge weekend. Once unpurged, customers will show in the complete section of the representative’s
PCL and will count towards qualifications.

CANCELLED/INACTIVE (Internet customers only)

This applies to ISP or Internet customers who have been disconnected (either self-initiated or by ACN).

CANCELLED DURING TERMINATION PERIOD (Digital Phone Service and Canada Energy customers)
This applies to customers who have requested service, however decided to cancel within their termination
period (within 90 days of the customer start date). These customers will purge immediately upon notification
of cancellation, and or disconnection, and no longer count for qualification purposes.

CANCELLED DURING RISK-FREE PERIOD (U.S. Wireless and Canada Energy customers only)
This applies to customers who have signed up for wireless service, however decided to cancel during their
risk-free period (30 days from the original start date of the customer). These customers will purge
immediately upon notification of cancellation and or disconnection and will no longer count for qualification
purposes.

CONTRACT ENDING SOON (Wireless customers only)

This applies to Wireless customers who have a contract that will expire soon. If the representative is unable to
get the customer to extend their existing contract, the account will be purged and the representative will loose
Customer Points. The representative will be notified 3 months prior to the contract expiring via their personal
customer list.

For example, if the customer has a one-year contract beginning in June 2010, the representative will be
notified in April 2011 that the customer’s contract is expiring soon. If the representative can get the customer
to extend their existing contract, they will receive 1 customer point going forward for the account.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How do I know that my customer is scheduled to purge?

The personal customers that are scheduled to purge are listed in a separate section of the representative’s personal
customer list. The reports will list both the customer and the date that the customer is scheduled to purge. These
customers will receive a scheduled to purge date within two months prior to their actual purge date.

What happens if a purged customer begins to use ACN’s services?

If a customer that is either purged or scheduled to purge due to service being cancelled or rejected begins to use their
service, the customer will be changed to active status (“un-purged”). This means that this customer will once again
count toward CAB and position qualifications.

If a customer that is either purged or scheduled to purge due to non-usage begins to use their service and produce an
invoice, that customers will un-purge and return to Active status on the following purge weekend. During each monthly
purge, ACN compares the customers that were billed for service in the month against those that are purged or
scheduled to purge. Those customers that were billed but were purged will be returned to active status and will count
toward qualifications. Those that were scheduled to purge will continue to count as active and will no longer be
scheduled to purge.

Customers with incomplete status:

Customers with a status of incomplete do not count as active and are displayed in a separate section of the Personal
Customer List. These customers do not count toward CAB or position qualifications. If the reason that they are
incomplete is not resolved within sixty days, they will be removed from the Personal Customer List.
