Applications are invited for the following teaching posts so as to reach the Deputy Registrar (Estt.),
Panjab University, Chandigarh by 18.9.2010.
NOTE: The University has cancelled rest of the advertisement Nos. 6/2009, 1/2010 and 3/2010 (where
interviews were not held or postponed) except Non-teaching posts due to implementation of new
UGC Notification, 2010. The candidates are advised to apply afresh as per new
qualifications/procedures mentioned in the detailed instructions (Advt. No. 13/2010) on University
Website: puchd.ac.in.
Advertisement and application form along with Detailed Instructions for Candidates will be available
on Website: puchd.ac.in. on 23.8.2010. The candidates may download (i) application form & (ii) Academic
Performance Indicator (API) based Performance Based Appraisal System (PBAS) Proforma from the
Website and submit, duly filled-in all respects, along with the crossed A/c Payee Bank Draft of the Rs. 375/-
for General Category (Rs. 150/- for SC/ST category) payable at Chandigarh in favour of the Registrar,
Panjab University, Chandigarh.
The candidates living abroad may apply on plain paper with full bio-data (ten copies) alongwith
Academic Performance Indicator (API) based Performance Based Appraisal System (PBAS) Proforma
(available on website) and one set of attested copies of testimonials, together with requisite fee through a
crossed account payee Bank Draft payable at Chandigarh in favour of the Registrar, Panjab University,
Chandigarh.
