The Situation In Campus Right Now

Today, 11 September 2017 we first day go to collage of Universitas

Maarif Hasyim Latif. On campus the situation is very crowded and lots of
new students.

New students in Universitas Maarif Hasyim Latif this year not as

much as last year. They come from different regions. So, many of them
dont know each other. They must adaptation to the new environment. So,
they can communicate well when the lectures start become familiar.

In this semester five. So, we have to give a good example to the

new students. So, that they become good students and obey regulations.

We hope they can be better and to get better value maks.

Diet And Exercise

In Indonesia there are many people who are over weight known as
obesity. Obesity is usually experiended by all ages. Obesity occurs
because of an unhealthy life style. Unhealthy life style more exercise and
reduced eating.

Diet is to adjust dietary intake and activities under taken. Many

people who define diet by reducing intake of food to lose weight. Diet is
not only done by people who are normal weight, but to maintain a healthy
body. Diet can burn far, for example : jogging, walking fast, swimming,
running,bicycle, squat jump, etc.
 In ideal body. So, many people in Indonesia should arrange a healthy
diet and regular exercise. Because being over weight can trigger heart
disease risk, diabetes, cholesterol, etc.

To overcome the obesity of health the people can maintain of

arranging separatable of eating.

The Experience Of Practicing Outside

Last month 1 august 2017, the students semester four of Universitas

Maarif Hasyim Latif. We practiced in public community of health region
sidoarjo and Surabaya city. Two students were placed in one public
community of health.
In public community of health the students were required to work
professionally and could communicate well with patients. In public
community of health there were various kinds of examining for example
Chemical Clinics, Hematology, Immunology And Microbiology. Frequent
examining at public community of health is Glucose, Cholesterol, Uric
Acid, Triglyceryda, Haemoglobin, Hiv, Hbs Ag, etc. patient in public
community of health mostly from old ages.
In the practicing outside we get a lot of science from public
community of health. The teachniques of taking blood, how to entertain
the patients and to working professionally.
In the next practicing we hope can apply standart the SOP (Standart
Operational Practicing).

Infection
 Infections is a situation of the body that entered the disease (germs),
causing symptons of fever or heat as a reaction the body reject the antigen
(germs). The infection is caused by several things : bacteria, virus, fungi,
and parasite. If a sudden fever maybe used a virus infection, but if the
fever is gradually likely to be caused by a bacteria in infection.
In Indonesia there are many people who are infected. Most infections
caused by bacteria for example Tuberculosis known as TBC disease. TBC
disease caused by Mycobacterium Tuberculosis. The disease is transmitted
throught an active tbc patient and bacteri spread throught the air. TBC can
cause chronic cough for more than 3 weeks, the body become thin,
coughing bloody, weak and sweating at night. Ultraviolet rays on sun
light, can kill Tuberculosis bacteria in the air.
TBC disease can be prevent throught exercise, get enough sun light,
eat nutritious, reduce contact direct with people tbc disease. The disease
will easily back to people who have been infacted with TBC disease, if
they dont prevent it and maintain the health of body and environment.
We hope for patient TBC dont be disappointed and will do
treatment. TBC treatment done for 6 9 months. TBC disease can be
completely curedif the patient routinely takes medicine given by the
doctor and improves his body endurance.

The Usefull Of Laboratory

Laboratory is a room or building equipped with a equipment to

conduct scientific experiments, research, and examine a disease. The
presence of the laboratories in hospital or clinic is very important because
the result of laboratoriry used diagnose disease.
There are actually many types of laboratory. While the laboratory in
the hospital is a clinic laboratory that serves to check hematology, clinical
chemistry, clinic microbiology, clinical parasitology, clinic immunology
or anatomical pathology. Of the various types of laboratories each have
different examination tasks. Laboratory management deals with manager
and users, laboratory facilities (buildings, laboratory equipment, biological
specimens, chemicals) and activities carried out in laboratories that
maintain sustainability function. Basically, laboratory management is a
shared responsibility of both managers and users. Safety in the
laboratories will be guaranteed when the healding of chemical packaging.
Activies in laboratories using chemicals can not be separated from the
equipment used so that the danger is not only caused by the handling of
the wrong material, but also the physical harm of the equipment we use if
we are not guided by the rules on handling tools.
So the type of laboratory is very much, in addition to health
laboratories, there are also health laboratories, industrial laboratories or
others. But the role of the health laboratory, so the result of the
examination will facilitate the doctor in diagnosing the disease.
I hope, the existence of laboratories in Indonesia should be improved
again the quality, especially health laboratories, because it is very
necessary for the health and welfare of the community
Radiation

Radition is every emmited in the form of particles or electromagnetic

(ligh waves). Radition is divided into 2 types of ionizing radition and non
ionizing radition examples of ionizing radition are alpha particles, beta
particles, gamma rays, X rays and neutrons, whereas non ionizing
radition examples are radio waves, hp, microwaves, infrared rays, and
ultraviolet light.
 In Indonesia many people have been exposed to radiation. Mostly
radition to sun exposure. Radiation to sun exposure is usuall called
ultraviolet (UV) rays. Ultraviolet rays can have an affect on the skin that
causes premature aging, skin cancer, can damage the collagen in the skin
and effect DNA repair. Skin effect exposed to solar radition are damaged
cells send messages to the brain, signaling that the are injured and
activating the senses of the skin to be sensitive to pain. This makes our
skin sensitive to touch.
Sunlight radiation can lead to serious illness for example causing
premature aging, skin cancer, can damage the collagen in the skin and
affect DNA repair. So we must be carefull when out the house so as not
exposed to direct sunlight.
We have for many people to avold the radiation of sunlight it can be
overcome using sun screen helps to avold harmfull light before
penetrating to the skin. The use of sunscreen should be tailored to the skin
type and how often, we are faced directly with the sun, the use of sun
glasses that are beneficial for aye health include helping to trduce the
blinding light that are the aye, using wide caps and umbrellas.

Job Vacation In Indonesia

Work is a relationship that invalves two parties between the

company and the workers will get a salary in return for the services of
company. Work is needed for everyone, because by woring all needs can
be fulfilled. But job vacancies in Indonesia are very few. So, a lot of
people who can not meet the needs of his life.
 The amount of unemployment in Indonesia are more than employed
the job vacancy in Indonesia cant full fill them. This is due to abilities in
Indonesia especially foreign companies that do not believe in the ability of
Indonesian workers. So, a lot of workers who come from outside
Indonesian. Let alone now entering the era of the MEA (Asean Economy
Society). Where foreign workers throught out southeast asia are free to
work in Indonesian without strict regulations. This make it increasingly
difficult for Indonesian workers to find employement in their own country.
So if workersinIndonesian wanttoget a job thentheymust haveahight
abilityand must be able to compete with foreign workers. Because if
Indonesian workers are unable to compate with for eign workers then for
eign workers will take jobs in Indonesian .
We hope that the future of the indonesian population can further
improve the quality of education and further add skills whileworking.

Pathology

Pathology is a branch of medical science that studies various things

related to disease, including the cause of the emergence of illness as well
changes in structure, fuction and biochemistry. Pathology is divided into 2
that is anatomical pathology and clinical pathology.
Anatomical pathology serves to learn about changes in the structure
and function of the network. Anatomical pathology can identify cancer
affected cells or tissues or tumors. Clinical pathology examination for
example hematological, immunological, parasitological, clinical,
microbiological chemistry. The most common examination example is the
clinical chemistry of glucose examination. This glucose examination is
included to identify a person experiencing the disease or not.
