Subject : Request for Purchase of Laser Measuring Tool

1. In light of the recent takeover of NPC properties formerly possessed by Sunvar

Realty Corporation, DSSD has been tapped to urgently conduct measurement of
units of Mile Long Bldg., The Gallery, Creekside Bldg. and Sunvar Plaza.

2. As per records, the number of formerly occupied units alone are as follows:

3. On August 25, 2017, PA III Anthony Barabona and PA IV Guillermo Luares Jr.
conducted measurement on one of the units at Mile Long Bldg., it took them
approximately 2 hours to complete the measurement using their current tools and
equipment. In its current pace, DSSD can complete measurement of 5- 6 units per
day for small units and approximately 1 whole day for sizeable areas such as The
Pharoh and The Creekside hotel.

4. Taking into consideration the urgency to complete the task at hand, DSSD
recommends the purchase of two (2) units of Laser Measuring Tool which is more
accurate, efficient and easier to use. DSSD canvassed for prices of said measuring
tool which are as follows :

Recommendation:
Emergency purchase of two (2) units of Neo Laser NL 100m with an
estimated price of Php 12, 500.00 per unit subject to available budget.
