Instructions:

1) Students are required to conduct a small event or project in groups.


2) Students are required to keep the lecturer informed about the project and the progress
during class.
3) All students are required to show up for assigned consultation. Failure to show up for
class will result in student being barred.

Students are required to involve or attend any activities or any soft skills training
program not only organized by DSSC but can be organized by CEE/DSA/any
department in UTAR. External trainings/events are also acceptable as long as related to
the MPU units and write a report.

Group Discussions and Preparation


Students would need to document their experience and discussions throughout the
process of accomplishing the project/activity by recording what the group has learned,
experience and self-reflections.
Students will hold meetings and discussions to distribute tasks as well as to make group
decisions on all the matters arising.

Review Format :
Minimum 15 pages and above.
Include date, day, title of the activity, activities and meeting discussion, venue, brief
details activities/project.
Reflection on what youve learn from organizing/joining/carrying out the activity
relate them with this co cu unit and how they may be used for your future self-
development.
Give some suggestion and critiques on the activities and discussion with your group
every week. Show some picture in explanation.

Based on the written proposal students are to choose one event/activity/project that their team
might have the resources to service within the given time. Students are to prepare a proposal to
organize a teambuilding activity in the chosen event/activity by preparing a 10-minute
presentation of the proposal.

The presentation should at least contain the following content:

Students are to organize a teambuilding event in a community while playing soft skills
and other techniques throughout the process of accomplishing the project.
Students are to execute the proposal and carry out the planned activities. The
activities/event set up should be able to bring positive impact to the community
members.

Post-Mortem Report 20%

A post mortem session shall be submitted by the team after the project.
Students are to provide their reflections, insights and suggestions to enhance the
project and teamwork through written report.

D. Suggestion on enhancing the project
