language learning, is an important learning tool. In this assignment, you will write your teacher,

Directions: Remember to use proper paragraphs. Start with a topic sentence that tells your reader what you will be
discussing. Discuss your points. Support, explain and elaborate so that your ideas are clear to yourself and to your

o Discuss your greatest successes this semester or the areas you grew in.

o Take time to really reflect on your semester. What worked for you for your learning of English?
Where do you feel that you grew or developed the most? What makes you proud when you look
back over your semester?

o Discuss the areas that you still struggle in.

o What can or will you do to help you in improve in these areas?

Paragraph 3: Course Reflection Be specific!

o Reflect on what your teacher did that worked for you. Tell her what you would like her to
continue doing, stop doing, or start doing. By helping your teacher know what works for you, she
can become a better teacher for you and other students.
