SEVENTH LESSON
SAMADHI YOGA
Gheranda stated:
1. The samadhi is a sublime yoga. It is made by chance. It is achieved by kindness
Guru and faith that it is observed.
2. Quick reach the samadhi when yogui has confidence in the
knowledge, and in his guru and self-conscious mind
awakens intelligence every day.
3. Separate the mind body and integrate it with the great soul. This is samadhi
mukti or liberation of all stages of the conscious mind.
4. I am God, I am not anything else. God really I am, I can not
suffer, am existence, intelligence and happiness, I am free and I have a
essence.
5-6. Samadhi can be four classes, dhyana samadhi, samadhi nothing,
Rasananda laya samadhi and samadhi, which are achieved by the sambhavimedra,
khecharimudra, bhramarimudra and yonimudra. There are two types samadhi over the
samadhi bhakti yoga, which is the fifth form, and raja yoga samadhi, which
manomurcha achieved by kumbhaka.
1. Dhyana yoga samadhi
7. Making sambhavimudra, feel the soul. Once God is visible in
light point, concentrate the mind on that point.
8. Bring the soul to Kha Kha bring the atma. When the soul is filled with kha,
nothing hinders the yogi and reach the samadhi.
2. Nothing yoga samadhi
9. Place the tongue turned upwards in the passage to the nares
oral cavity from going into the air, this is the kecharimudra. doing so
samadhi is achieved. It should not be anything else.
3. Rasananda yoga samadhi
10-11. Do kumbhaka bhramari, inhaling air through a hum as
the beetle. Bring the Manas and place it in the center of the sound
beetle. Thus samadhi and this will be understood by the So Ham and achieve
great happiness.
4. Laya-siddhi yoga samadhi
12-13. The yogi must also make yonimudra and visualize Shakti, as if
the Great Soul is the Purusha and the two are one. By this technique can
Aham Brama understand, or that I am God. So you get the Advaita
Samadhi.
5. Bhakti yoga samadhi
14-15. Watch our hearts and see our personal god, you mourn for happiness
and so must come a trance. This leads to samadhi and Manonmani.
6. Raja samadhi yoga
16. Make kumbhaka manomurcha, close the Manas with atma. For this
raja yoga achieves samadhi.
7. Samadhi
17. Chanda Oh !, I taught about the samadhi, which frees us. Raja
samadhi yoga, unmani, sahajavastha are names and symbolize it
union of the mind with the soul.
18. Vishnu is all water on earth Vishnu, Vishnu is in the
mountains, Vishnu is on fire and volcanoes and the whole universe Vishnu
this.
19. Anything that walks the earth, everything that flies through the air,
every animal and plant, sea or mountain, is God. You have to see them all in the
soul.
20. The soul, reduced to the body, the Supreme consciousness. It is known separately
the body, the yogi and no body is released from the needs and
passions.
21. Thus reach the samadhi. Without desires, without attachment to the body, son,
wife, friends, family and wealth. Away from these
problems, the yogi obtains the absolute samadhi.
22. Shiva has taught many tatvas, all you have taught a synthesis,
which leads to liberation.
23. Chanda Oh !, I taught the Samadhis difficult to achieve, who the
becomes known not to be born on this earth.
