Dont write about legislation intention behind it etc are NOT RELEVANT
Spot the issue, apply the relevant section of guideline keep it very short
and simple.
It is intended to be a practical exam

Equity Capital Markets

Not important how well you can write, give short practical answers
dont get lost in the issues and run out of time
No one cares about the deeper intent behind listing rules etc

Debt capital market fundraising

Joint venture
Due diligence
Takeovers and mergers scenario of shareholder company &
privitisation (types of doing privitisation)
Issues will be the same as practice sessions

IDENTIFY THE RIGHT CLIENT!! If the holding company tells you there is an issue
of its subsidiary, holding company has no rights if it is not party of joint venture
agreement!
