Estimado Pblico,

Le damos la ms cordial bienvenida a nuestra nueva plataforma de programacin de visitas guiadas, la que cuenta
con tres tems, diseados segn el perfil del solicitante y tipo de visita. Por favor lea atentamente lo siguiente para
optimizar en proceso de inscripcin de las visitas.

TURISTA/CIUDADANOINSTITUCIN----FINES EDUCATIVOS.

Si usted es turista, ingrese al tem, TURISTA/CIUDADANO, se desglosar un formulario donde se debe sealar lo
siguiente: indicando en primer lugar el responsable del grupo, el idioma de inters que desea la visita, seleccionar el
grupo disponible segn horario, fecha de visita, horario segn su eleccin y disponibilidad de ste y por ltimo N de
participantes a registrar, cada uno con sus datos necesarios para confirmar la visita.

Una vez ingresados en conformidad y previa evaluacin, se le enviar la confirmacin respectiva de su visita.

Si usted desea visitar el Palacio junto a su institucin, ingrese al tem INSTITUCIN, se desglosar un formulario
donde se debe sealar lo siguiente: indicando en primer lugar el responsable del grupo, el idioma de inters que
desea la visita, seleccionar el grupo disponible segn horario, fecha de visita, horario segn su eleccin y
disponibilidad de ste y por ltimo N de participantes a registrar, cada uno con sus datos necesarios para confirmar
la visita.

Una vez, ingresados en conformidad y previa evaluacin, se le enviar la confirmacin respectiva de su visita.

Si su solicitud de visita guiada es para un establecimiento educacional, ingrese al tem FINES EDUCATIVOS, se
desglosar un formulario donde se debe sealar lo siguiente: indicando en primer lugar el responsable del grupo, el
idioma de inters que desea la visita, seleccionar el grupo disponible segn horario, fecha de visita, horario segn su
eleccin y disponibilidad de ste y por ltimo N de participantes a registrar, cada uno con sus datos necesarios para
confirmar la visita.

Una vez, ingresados en conformidad y previa evaluacin, se le enviar la confirmacin respectiva de su visita.

NOTA: Una vez completados los formularios de solicitud, se le enviar al mail registrado, la notificacin de
su reserva, de manera automtica (segn folio n.), en espera de la evaluacin de los antecedentes, luego
recibir a su mail, la confirmacin formal de su visita.

INFORMACION IMPORTANTE

Las visitas guiadas se solicitan con una semana de antelacin. (Para revisin del Departamento de
Seguridad del Palacio)
Los datos ingresados de los solicitantes, son de exclusiva responsabilidad de quien registra la solicitud.
Una vez ingresada la nmina de cada grupo, las persona en ella no pueden ser reemplazadas el da de la
visita, ya que solo se considerarn solo las personas que figuran en la nmina ingresada por usted, en caso
que existiese algn cambio usted debe informarnos a lo menos con 48 hrs. de anterioridad.

El lmite total de visitantes a ingresar por grupo es hasta 25 personas, en caso de menores de edad, deben
incluir a los adultos y designar a un responsable del grupo.
En caso que su delegacin supere las 25 personas, se debe dividir en dos grupos cada delegacin, ya sea
a la misma hora o en horarios distintos, segn la disponibilidad del da; realizando el mismo proceso, por
cada grupo ingresado, deber registrar a un responsable adems de los adultos que acompaan.
Fines de semana y das festivos No se realizan visitas guiadas.

La visita guiada contempla lo siguiente:

Visita a salones de la primera planta. (CONTEMPLA 3 SALONES MS CAPILLA)

Visita a patios: Los Naranjos, Los Caones y El Canelo.

Las visitas se realizan de lunes a viernes en los siguientes horarios:

09:30 hrs.
11:00 hrs.
15:00 hrs.
16:30 hrs.

El ingreso a Palacio se har por la puerta O`Higgins (acceso calle Alameda).

Los asistentes mayores de 18 aos, debern presentar sus respectivas identificaciones (Cdula de
Identidad, Pasaporte, etc.) a la Guardia de Palacio.
El Departamento de Seguridad mantiene la nmina de asistentes que usted nos ha enviado y slo
permitir el ingreso de las personas que en ella figuren, con sus respectivos nombres, apellidos y N de
cdula o pasaporte.
Se recomienda llegar a lo menos con 10 minutos de antelacin para el respectivo chequeo con la Guardia
de Palacio.
No est permitido el ingreso con mochilas, bolsos, maletas, carteras, notebooks, etc., para un ingreso
expedito y rpido chequeo con la guardia de Palacio.
En caso de suspender la visita que ha programado, agradeceremos que nos enve con antelacin (48 hrs.)
el respectivo aviso al correo visitas@presidencia.cl o llamarnos al telfono 26904469.
Se autorizan las fotografas, sin flash dentro de los salones, pero No est autorizado el ingreso con
filmadoras.
Cabe sealar que las visitas guiadas estn sujetas a las actividades de S.E. la Presidenta de la
Repblica, pudiendo suspenderse en caso de ser necesario.

SE DEBE CONSIDERAR LO SIGUIENTE:

Con el propsito de resguardar el importante patrimonio que contiene el Palacio y mantenerlo en la memoria de
todas y todos y que siga sirviendo de referencia histrica para las futuras generaciones, es que le sealamos lo
siguiente:

Recuerde que en este lugar trabajan autoridades de nuestro pas y sus colaboradores, los cuales necesitan de
nuestro respeto para que puedan cumplir con sus funciones.

Es por ello que solicitamos a Ud. y acompaantes su colaboracin en los siguientes aspectos:

Se solicita puntualidad, en el caso que el arribo de la delegacin tenga retraso, su recorrido se ver
afectado descontando el tiempo segn sea necesario.

Como se ha indicado al momento de la programacin de su visita y por razones de seguridad de los objetos
patrimoniales se les solicit no ingresar con mochilas, bolsos, carteras y/o bultos de gran volumen pues
este retrasa el ingreso de la delegacin para su revisin, restando tiempos a su recorrido y el de las
delegaciones que las suceden en ingreso.

Los grupos de cursos y/o delegaciones debern hacer el recorrido en compaa de los adultos o profesores
responsables de la delegacin, quien deber mantener y preocuparse del orden, disciplina y cohesin del
grupo al interior de los espacios del Palacio y en todo momento seguir las instrucciones del/la gua de
Palacio, as como del oficial de guardia que les acompaa.

Los muebles, pinturas y otros objetos patrimoniales requieren de su cuidado y respeto, es por ello que el
pblico no debe apoyarse ni tocarlos, as como tampoco las vitrinas que los contienen. A su vez, se solicita
no utilizar el flash en fotografas ni realizar ningn tipo de filmacin ya sea con cmaras o celulares, como
tampoco ingresar alimentos al interior del Palacio.

Para su seguridad:

En caso de alguna emergencia o simulacros de evacuacin, siga las instrucciones del o la gua que le
est acompaando. Su cooperacin nos permitir preservar, para las futuras generaciones, este importante
Patrimonio Histrico de Chile.

Elementos que estn prohibidos al momento de ingresar al Palacio de La Moneda

Materiales explosivos e inflamables (kerosene, petrleo, bencina, alcohol, venenos, cidos,

blanqueadores, acetonas gas pimienta, gases inflamables, gas comprimido, aerosoles en spray, etc).
Armas de fuego, municin, electroshock.
Elementos corto punzantes (cortaplumas, corta cartn, tijeras, hojas de Gillette, cuchillos, corta uas,
agujas, pinzas, limas de metal, etc.).
Encendedores, fsforos, cerillas.
Aparatos radiocontrolados.
Todo tipo de Herramientas (destornilladores, alicates, etc.).
Chapitas publicitarios u otras.
Poleras con leyendas alusivas POLITICAS.
Lquidos (botellas con agua, licores, vinos, etc.).
Todo tipo de alimentos.
Personas disfrazadas.
Pancartas (lienzos, pendones).

Welcome to our new software platform guided tour, which has three tems designed to the profile of aplicant and type
of visit. Please read very carefully the followin instructions to optimize the registration process.

Turist/Citizen Institution Educational Purposes

If you are a turist, go to the tem TURIST/CITIZEN, it broken down a form where you should note the following: first of
all indivate the group leader, language of interest to your visit, select the available group according to schedule, date
of your visit upon availability, and finally the number of participants to register, each one with the necesary data to
confirm the visit.

Once admitted the information, after evaluation, you will be recieve the confirmation of your visit.

If you are a private Institutions or Foundations, go to the tem INSTITUTION, it broken down a form where you should
note the following: first of all indivate the group leader, language of interest to your visit, select the available group
according to schedule, date of your visit upon availability, and finally the number of participants to register, each one
with the necesary data to confirm the visit.

Once admitted the information, after evaluation, you will be recieve the confirmation of your visit.

If you are a University, School or College, go to the tem EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES, it broken down a form where
you should note the following: first of all indivate the group leader, language of interest to your visit, select the
available group according to schedule, date of your visit upon availability, and finally the number of participants to
register, each one with the necesary data to confirm the visit.

Once admitted the information, after evaluation, you will be recieve the confirmation of your visit.

NOTE: After completing the application forms you will recieve a notification of you booking, automatically (.
As N Folio ), pending evaluation of the background, and then you will recieve a formal confirmation of
your visit.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

The guiaded tour are request one week in advance (For review by Security Departament of Palacio de la
Moneda)

Data input of applicants, are the exclusive responsability of the registrants request.
Once you enter the playroll of each group, the person in it can not be replaced the day of the visit, it be
regarded only people on the playroll entered by you, in case of change you must inform at least 48 hrs.

The tour guided includes the following:

Visit to the first floor rooms. (GAZE AT 3 ROOMS AND THE CHAPEL)
Visit courtyards: Orange tree Patio, The Canyons and The Canelo (Winter Bark).

Tours are conducted Monday through Friday at the following times:

The entrance to Palacio de la Moneda will be made by the OHiggins door (Alameda Access)
Older participants over 18 must present their identification (Identify cardo or passport) to Guard of Palacio
de la Moneda.
The Security Department maintains the list of attendees that you sent us and will only allow entry of persons
there in contained, with their names and identity card number or passport.
It is recommended to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the respective check in with the Palace Guard.
You are not allowed to enter with backpacks, handbags, luggage, purse, notebooks, etc., for a prompt and
quick check with income palace guard.
In case of failing the visit is scheduled, thank you send us in advance (48 hrs.) The respective notice

Photographs are authorized without flash in halls, but is not authorized entry with camecorders.
Note that the tours are subject to SE activities President of the Republic, may be discontinued if

TO CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING:

In order to protect the important heritage that contains the palace and keep the memory of everyone and to continue
serving historical reference for future generations is that we note the following:

Remember that in this place work authorities of our country and its partnerships, which need our respect for them to
fulfill their functions.

That is why we ask you and your accompanying help in the following aspects:

Punctuality is requested, for the arrival of the delegation has delayed its route will be affected by
discounting the time as needed.

As indicated at the time of scheduling your visit and for security of heritage objects were asked not enter
