REVOCATION OF THE

SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT:

WE, FERNANDO H. FERNANDEZ, of legal age, married, Filipino and with

postal address at #1 Mindoro St., Bago Bantay, Quezon City, do hereby NAME,
APPOINT, and CONSTITUTE, my wife, EUGENIA S. FERNANDEZ, of legal age,
married, Filipino, and with same postal address, to be my true and lawful
ATTORNEY-IN-FACT, for me and in my name, place and stead, to do and perform
the following acts and things, to wit:

a. To file, institute, and prosecute for in my behalf a criminal cases

for Estafa and/or vilation of B.P. 22 and/or such other criminal, civil,
administrative legal actions/suits that may be filed against WALL
BUILDERS AND DESIGN AND W.M. / WILMAN SERVICES and/or
MR. MANUEL ALONZO LARITA and MR. RAYMOND GOROSPE, who
willfully issued a postdated checks in my favor knowing that the same
has no sufficient balance and/or already a closed account, to my
prejudice;

b. To appear during the hearings before the Office of the

Prosecutor and/or the appropriate Courts, appear the pre-trial of the
case/s above-mentioned and to enter into compromise, make
admissions or denials, and execute and perform any other act, as cited
in Section 4, Rule 18 of the Rules of Court and Section 1, Rule 118 of the
Rules of Criminal Procedure relative to the Pre-Trial Conference in the
above-mentioned cases, and;

c. To execute and sign documents in connection with the above-

cases mentioned.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said attorney-in-fact full power

and authority to do and perform all and every act requisite or necessary to carry into
effect the foregoing authority, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could
lawfully do if personally present, with full power of substitution and revocation, and
hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney-in-fact or substitute shall
lawfully do or caused to be done by virtue hereof.
