Faculty Speak
Prof. R. Srinivasan
We are privileged to be in Bengaluru, the growth hub of the Indian economy.
The PGPEM offers us the unique opportunity to educate participants drawn
from a truly talented pool.

Prof. B. Mahadevan
I find the PGPEM students to have diversified interests in terms of the skills and
concepts that they want to learn. More importantly, if properly facilitated they are
able to bring some interesting aspects from their workplace into the classroom
discussion, which invariably add richness to the discussions. Teaching PGPEM
is always a pleasure for me as I deal with students who bring maturity and
seriousness with them.

Prof. A. Damodaran
An enthusiastic group of experienced executives who travel miles to reach our
campus on weekends and yet show no signs of weariness in the classroom.
The PGPEM participants have an unusual ability to gel as a group and work on
interesting themes with quality results as I could discover from my association
with them. The interesting work they do at IIMB, I am told, has yielded them
dividends in their workplace. I have always enjoyed teaching and interacting
with them.

Prof. Abhoy K. Ojha

The PGPEM is unique. It is focused on enhancing the management expertise
of highly experienced and mature professionals who want to continue with their
work engagements simultaneously. Participants learn in the classroom, and also
learn by sharing their own experiences the opportunity to stay on campus
enhances the opportunities of peer-to-peer learning. Even as they learn from me,
I learn so much from them about the industry happenings and trends during my
interactions, which is a fulfilling experience for me as a faculty member. Having
been associated with the PGPEM for long, and being aware of the success of
the alumni of this programme, I wholeheartedly recommend it for any mid-career
professional who aspires to join the top management ranks.
