AFFIDAVIT

I, POLICE SENIOR INSPECTOR MUTCHIT SALINAS, of legal age,

Filipino, married, and a resident of 172 Interior 1, Kulay St., Cebu City,
Philippines, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, do
hereby depose and say:

That I am the same and identical person who caused the execution of
this affidavit;

That I am in charge of the conduct of paraffin tests in Central Visayas

Regional Crime Laboratory in Cebu City;

That I have conducted a parrafin test on paraffin cast taken from the
hands of one Samson Villasan y Banati;

That upon request by the Chief of Police, I have complied with the
request to submit the result of such test;

That I am executing this affidavit to acknowledge the genuineness of

the Paraffin test result requested by Analisa Banati and the Chief of Police of
Cebu, Cebu City and for whatever legal purpose this may serve.
