Thank you for inviting us to quote our charges for the shifting of your household effects from Faridabad to Bhatinda .

6 SERVICE TAX @ 6% ON THE TOTAL INVOICE AMOUNT 1,680.00
TOTAL 34,180.00
Note Complete work will take 1 day, Transit time will be 1-2 days

Terms & Conditions:

Locking/unlocking of washing machine/appliances and other electrical gadgets which require the
manufacturers' or their authorized dealers' technical assistance to make such items suitable for safe transport,
must be organized by the shipper at least 24 hours before the start of packing. Please note this is most
essential as these appliances are covered either by a warranty or a service contract.
Any professional third party services such as electrician/carpenter/plumber, multiple pick-ups/deliveries,
storage related costs in transit, staggered origin/destination services, handling of heavy items which cannot be
accessed through normal door/staircase/elevator, will be at an additional cost.
Octroi / Entry Tax, if applicable, will be at actual.
Any Mathadi / labor union charges, applicable, will be at actual.
In the event of any damages the same should be notified within 7 days of shipment delivery. Kindly note that
the compensation will be made towards the external damages only.
Potted plants will be carried at owners risk.
Volume variation : We will charge for the actual volume involved and therefore, if the volume is more than our
estimate, we will increase our charges proportionately.

Payment Terms : Full payment prior to dispatch of the shipment from Delhi / as per the agreed terms with us. Request
you to kindly release the payment in favor of M/s. Maxwell Logistics Pvt. Ltd.
